A 10 quality price. Clean, comfortable, pleasant. Super lovely staff. The refrigerator has a switch to turn it off at night (all refrigerators make a terrible noise). Silent air conditioning. Perfect hot water.A transit hotel for most people coming from the North, going to the Khao Sok national park or traveling to the islands.Very rich breakfast. Small pool but perfect to cool off. A very new small gym.They also sell beer at a good price at reception.

Top Residence, the somewhat seductive name should not scare you. We loved this little resort hidden at the end of a pretty, peaceful alley.It may not be a 5-star luxury hotel, but like luxury establishments, nothing is missing! The small swimming pool fulfills its role, like the curtains which, by the way, do not let in the light, nor the kettle and the coffee. The bedding is comfortable while the staff does everything possible to make your life pleasant. What more ? A good WiFi network, a good breakfast? No problem, everything is included in the price. In short, at less than 1000 bath per night, it will be difficult to find better or it will be much more expensive. On the other hand, the place is not located directly on the street, you have to open your eyes to spot the “Top residence” sign through the electrical wires and the pub signs or use your cell phone to spot the place, but that's the price you pay for your peace of mind.

Perfect place if looking for somewhere to stay before getting the ferry. We booked last minute and no issue. There's a pool and a very small gym but still able to get a workout. We also got breakfast included which was great- eggs cooked to order perfevt before we headed off to get the ferry. There's a 300 baht key deposit but you get this back at check out! Rooms were large and spacious and a nice bathroom with good air con

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent convenient parking for parking the car. Cheap prices. Too bad the swimming pool (well looked after) closes at 10pm. I will definitely return.

Unfortunately the room was not clean. There were long black hairs everywhere in the shower on the floor and in the room. The hallway is very noisy and there is a concrete wall in front of the window on the ground floor. The pool has too few sun loungers and unfortunately also little sunshine. There are no deckchairs on the upper terrace, so at least you could have enjoyed the sun there. In the breakfast room the air conditioning was way too cold and there were also fans.

Considering the price, I'd say it's good value.The rooms are small, but good enough for a short stay. I liked the comfortable bed, the AC worked well and the bathroom was clean.The balcony for the twin rooms is more of a gimmick, as you have a direct view of a wall.Breakfast was rather unexciting: toast with sugar jam (no real fruit in it, just additives), one of the two days there were bananas, but they will make you an omelet/sunny side up/scrambled egg on request. They had a coffee and tea machine.The staff is nice. We didn't have any Baht when we arrived because we came from Malaysia, it was not a problem. When we left our luggage to organize further transportation, the reception left our bags unattended right next to the entrance door, which we didn't like.

The hotel is pretty cheap and has a nice small pool and tiny fitness room.They offer breakfast, which is a warm drink, toasts and eggs.The rooms are quite nice, but extremely noisy. There is no sound isolation at all, and you hear what happens in the corridor as if it’d be near your ear.It made it quite hard for me to sleep past 8 am, or before midnight.Right next to the hotel is a bar that plays live music until about midnight, and you hear it very clearly in the rooms as well.

Stayed there for one night. The ladies at check in were very friendly. The rooms are clean. The pool is also clean and a relief after a day in Surat Thani. There is no food or anything else available, so a star deduction for the service.

Nice twin bed room with a balcony.Good AC unit and 42 8nch Sharp LED TV.Electric kettle provided to make hot drinks. The shower is well positioned and has plenty of water pressure.We had breakfast and it's pretty good. You can order fried eggs or omelette with sausages. White toast with jam is self service. Choices of different coffees from the automatic coffee maker. Americano is good.We had a pretty good sleep on a firm good quality mattress.There is a jacuzzi swimming pool and a small gym. Both look good.

The service team takes care very well. Whether it's at the lobby, night shift, the housekeeping team and the breakfast service team. Very well taken care of, very warm. The accommodation has a swimming pool and fitness center as well. There is a rooftop for chilling out in the evening. The atmosphere is very good.
