Overall ok, but during the most recent stay, the bathroom door couldn't be locked... And the air conditioner is not normal. It's sometimes hot, then it's cold. When it's about to get cool, The cooling system doesn't cut off and doesn't work. Blow only air comes out 😅

Already checked in Go into the bathroom to prepare to do personal business. Good luck checking first. Turn on the water line for washing, not flowing, call to inquire, receive an answer, repair for another 30 minutes, but do not receive notification before check-in.

Reasonable prices with comfortable rooms and including breakfast (halal). The staff is very friendly and can speak Kelantan Malay. the area is very beautiful at night. Free parking & access control by security guards. Faced with Big C (supermarket), it's easy to exchange money and beauty products that you're fighting for at 7e, there's a lot there.

Plenty of parking, friendly prices, breakfast included. There is a free drinking water dispenser. The meeting lunch was delicious. But the breakfast is quite cold. I'd like it to be a single dish rather than fresh. The service is ok. The wifi is strong around the lobby and the bedrooms are often stuffy. We were unlucky to have a bedroom with dust mites. I realized it was already the second night. At noon we went to the reception. He didn't have any anti-itch medicine and didn't seem to care or offer much. In the evening we went to reception again. Came to ask to change room He gave it easily. That's enough for me 🫤

The air conditioner is not clean, the water doesn't flow, it is difficult to contact the staff. Come stay for 3 people, give only one set of soap (shampoo + small bottle of liquid soap).

The air conditioner is not cool and is very noisy. You can only inform the counter by sending someone to adjust it from 20 to 18.The bathroom smells musty. It's like it's been abandoned for a long time.Woke up to poop at 3 am. The water is not strong enough to use paper towels.Last night, I felt tired from work. I fell asleep before taking a shower. I woke up again and the water wasn't flowing. I called the counter and no one answered the phone.The water came in strong again at 4 a.m.
