(recommend)…Room 305,At third floor. no lift but good view.If u can accept something not perfect,here is the good choice.I cleaned floor 、table、chair and wardrobe.I changed bath-mat because stinky.Toilet ...I took 2 photos.(don't get hunt by yourself)I paid it 350 B,including aircon and breakfast.Londry just nearby Jasom House.(1 mint by walking)If I return to Chiang Rai,definitely stay here again.

It's a typical guest house, but I think the cost performance is good. It has all the necessary facilities and is recommended for people who want to stay cheaply. One room costs 450 baht in the off-season. The free breakfast is simple, consisting of bread, bananas, and coffee, starting at 7:00 a.m. The bus terminal and convenience store are also very convenient.

Cheap and clean. definitely an option in ChiangRai. Will come back👍Update November 2022: Room price increased to 450 THB.Update October 2033: Low season 350THB and the white bread in the morning is inedible. Better just coffee😏👍

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Southeast Asia. Only 390baht with air-conditioning and breakfast. Everything you need and they allowed us to stay with our 3 dogs. breakfast is basic but you can take what you want, BUT there's a restaurant just around the corner that does fried eggs for 10baht, so we took a plate over every morning and ordered 2 eggs each to take back and made egg sandwiches. They have a few items for sale in reception, including beer. You could definitely stay here a while, very comfortable.

Relatively small hotel located right at the most popular (among tourists) street of Chiang Rai. Plenty of bars and restaurants in 3-5 min or walking on foot. Rooms are cheap, don't expect much, but they are clean enough. A good choice if you need something simple and affordable. Also, I'm not sure if the staff speaks English (perhaps they do though, I haven't tried to talk English to them).

Simple economic guest house with clean room. Close to night bazzar, Bar street, clock tower. Restaurant, market. All within few minitue walking distance.Cleaning guest house between rooms. It only takes a few minutes to reach the clock tower, bar street, night market, vegetable market and restaurants.
