Good prices, promotions, spacious rooms, well divided into zones, shower and dressing area. Proportionally seize the zone from the bed. Japanese toilet lid Warm your butt/Includes air conditioning, beautifully decorated, colorful, probably an amusement park theme (maybe). The extra-large bed is a little hard, but it's included ok. I like that there is a dressing table. and a working area in the room as well

Nice hotel very comfortable well-appointed. It was not too easy to find because the main Street was all torn up at the time.

The price feels little bit too much for this hotel, it's new but stuff seem to be already kinda breaking/unpolished? The "onsen" is a small hot tub (very nice) except that there are tiles falling off it and it wasn't clean water (they cleaned it after we told about it), and after 2-3 days it just broke down and will be broken for at least 3-4 days, the poolside "Wood" is also very poorly done some of them are broken and the distance between them are also not optimal and leave a big gap, the WiFi is awful, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting randomly and sometimes struggles to connect at all for 10-15 minutes, this is by far the worse thing especially during work calls! only reason I would give this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and I liked the Japanese toilet.TLDRLooks good on the surface but when you check closer it's not worth the amount they are requesting.MAIN SELLING POINT"Onsen" & WiFi sucksSmart Toilet, Bed and Staff are nice.I can't emphasize enough that Staff has been super nice, friendly & helpful.

German: We booked the hotel at short notice and it looked great and at first glance everything was great. But if you look closer, it's not so great. Only the person in the right bed gets air conditioning. Water in the shower is always hot. You can't clean the bidet, the TV doesn't show the channels that were specified, and it always smells really bad in the hallway and in the elevator. The pool is dirty and the "onsen" is usually lukewarm or cold. The internet keeps cutting out. We always spoke to the staff in a friendly manner, which was very nice and since my friend is Thai, he was able to explain it to them in their own language. After a week of the 10 days we decided to leave because the onsen, which was the highlight, even if it was only warm bath water, was broken at best and wouldn't work until next week. Good for a short overnight stay. Not too far from the center but you have to cross streets to get there. Some taxi drivers don't even know how to get here but yes. We had fun for 7 days because the onsen was nice and we weren't in the hotel most of the time. But when I had to work, I had to use my own phone for the hotspot. Overall the experience here was very lukewarm. If it's the cheapest hotel take it, it's ok. If you are looking forward to a pool and onsen. Rather not .English:We booked this hotel pretty last minute. Going in it looked amazing but that did change in a day. The floors and the elevator did smell super bad sometimes. Air conditioning was only for the person who slept on the right. The water in the shower was always too hot. The bidet wouldn't clean itself. The tv doesn't show the channels mentioned. The pool was always dirty and the onsen at the end cold. The WLAN did always cut off after a certain amount of time. Everytime we did tell the staff that there was a problem and because my bf is Thai he could tell them in their own language. They were always super friendly but the problem was never fixed. After staying for 7 days because we mostly went out or used the lukewarm Onsen to calm down we choose to leave earlier. Mainly because the highlight the Onsen did break down and they said it wouldn't work for an entire week. A lot of taxi drivers don't know this place and it's ok if you want to stay a short night or 2. And if you leave the hotel but if you have work to do you need to use your own hotspot for the Internet connection or you won't get work done. The location is alright just to get to the center you need to run across a big street if you want to walk there. Also the mini fridge wasn't cold enough you get a hatch of warm water. Just in general the overall experience was lukewarm. If you are looking for a cheap stay go ahead. If you are hyped to use an onsen and a pool maybe think it through.

Book a promotional room and receive a cash voucher of 200 baht per room. Book 3 nights and get 600 baht. When you arrive to ask, you will be informed that you have already canceled the voucher, showing that the hotel has clear intent to deceive. Very disappointed
