The room is cute. When sending things back, we often stop for a break. The owner himself is kind. But the employees are probably two ladies on the night shift. When we went around 9:00 p.m., the lights were turned off in front of the counter. You must press the call button. Employees always come and swing the front door open. 100 key deposit fee each Some people don't have a lot of money. Instead of rushing to offer that you can put down the card. I like to keep quiet and let the customers suggest what they can do..... As for the room, it's cute. Complete item, not too small, not too big. But I want the housekeeper who came to make the room in the morning with the room going out Adjacent to the guest room, let's rest a little more lightly. Some rooms intend to come to rest. At 7-8 o'clock, the housekeeper's voice is very loud, dragging the bed and talking loudly.

Not such a good experience.The room was cleaned, but there were ants in the bathroom's floor and sink. Also, between the bathroom's window and the mosquitos net, there was a dead animal, that seems like a small mouse. In addition, on the day that we departed, there was no water in all taps.Although, its location is really good and near the city center, and the staff is really sweet.

Great hotel with very comfortable rooms at very low prices. B350 or B400. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. We stayed 6 nights just to relax and recharge our batteries after months of traveling. Many great local restaurants within a short walking distance or better to come here by motorbike as it's a bit far from the center.

Good location close the the center, we booked 3 nights in the cheaper option room online then we paid cash for the better room for 3 more days cheaper if you pay cash at reception. Laundry service is the best we have had in thailand they ironed and folded our clothes too. Excellent stay for the price, would definately recommend. They held our bags for a few days also.

We stayed three nights and everything was perfect.Spacious and clean room! Everything you need. Self-service tea and coffee. Adorable and available receptionist. Laundry service available, efficient!I must admit that it is the best value for money we found in Thailand (around 350 baht per night).

Great value room @ 450 bhat. It’s a five minute ride into town. However it’s extremely quiet and close to the blue temple. It’s possible to walk there if you’re brave (there are quite a dogs in the side streets and you need to walk along the main road.) However if you go at sunrise or sunset you’ll have great views over the kok river from the bridge. I also prefer the temple at sunset as it really brings out the colours against the night sky.The rooms are simple with private bathroom- wetroom shower and toilet. The bed is large and comfy. You can’t eat breakfast here. I choose instead to take a taxi into town. I’d recommend kalae cafe which is close to the clock tower. They do fruit and yoghurt muesli bowls and a selection of cooked breakfast and their own coffee.If you need exercise try gorilla gym or project fit (CrossFit).

Spacious, clean and bright room with AC and private bathroom.Every day they give you free water and coffee in the room, and you also have the same at reception. In the morning there is free toast and bananas from 7 to 10, and you can buy butter and jam there (or bring it from the supermarket).There is always someone at the reception and there are common areas where you can rest outside the room if you feel like it.Right next to the accommodation there are washing machines with a total of 10 baths that you can use and put on the patio to dry.The location could be better and you need to rent a motorbike to visit the main temples of Chiang Rai, but in 10-15 minutes on foot you can reach a supermarket and the tourist office. Very close they have a very delicious restaurant.You can rent the motorbike right there, at 250b the cheapest (it's expensive compared to Chiang Mai or Sukhothai). They bring it from an external company, so you have to adapt to their prices and schedules, and the motorcycles are not in very good condition; We wouldn't recommend renting one.

This is near the old city gate of Chiangmai. It is near to all the famous temples in Chiangmai like Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Singh
