this from a local; the sign in english is "tararin"; relatively new place so that means the beds should be newish; good location; good breakfast place next door ( good breakfast places are hard to find here; has coffee)

Small motel ideal for spending the night if you are passing through Chiang Saen, the room is clean, the air conditioning works properly, the only flaw was the hard mattress, but this is typical Thairoom price 500 baht but nightAmple parking

- The room has poor soundproofing. The car was parked in front of the room and the engine was not turned off, making loud noises into the room. Beside the room is a family. The noise was so loud I couldn't sleep, moved out to sleep somewhere else in the middle of the night. Lost a lot of knowledge ***Add a little more money and stay in a hotel with a better standard of service. Won't waste money the second time.- The air conditioner is cool. I will fight for my life for a long time.- Can't watch the TV because it's being used over the home internet. There are a lot of people using it and it spins around.- The bathroom is ok, but the door is difficult to close.***Edit and improve. Fighting.

You can park your car in front of the room. Across the road there is a Khao Tom shop. There is coffee in the room. If you are going to the Mekong side, I recommend driving.

The air conditioning in the accommodation is not very cool. The bathroom door is difficult to close in every room. Enough to sleep, but if it is improved it will be much better.

Clean place in the heart of Chiang Saen District, next to the main road. Surrounding the hotel is a cultural area. It is close to Wat Chedi Luang, which is revered in Chiang Saen. There is an ancient museum. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk for those who like to ride bicycles. You can park at the hotel and take your bicycle out to sculpt around Chiang Saen city in the morning.

Made a good deal..but the housekeeper didn't take care of it thoroughly..in the refrigerator there was a bag of ice that had melted and remained.Next time I have a chance to stay again..hopefully the care will be improved.
