The room was clean, but the pipe was leaking in the bathroom, dripping on the toilet and all floor was wet. Service was nice, however couldn't speak any English which ended up with us paying much more for service than we were told. Breakfast was ok.

We extended our stay in the little town of Mae Chan because we liked this guesthouse so much! Lovely leafy entrance with pleasant music playing where we spent hours reading and relaxing. Very comfortable room with aircon and fridge for a great price with included breakfast. Tea, coffee and drinking water available all day. Very close to a nice market. A couple of old bikes that we were allowed to use to cycle around town. Staff are very kind, hardworking and helpful.

Beautiful place! Easy and very friendly check-in (wonderful hospitality as always in Thailand!); nice, spacious, clean and comfortable room with en-suite bathroom; good breakfast... our overnight stay was very pleasant. We will definitely come back next time we are in Mae Chan!

Shady accommodation, good atmosphere, Uncle and Auntie are very kind. Recommend tourist attractions, nearby markets There are free bicycles to borrow to go to the market. There is a delicious breakfast and hot coffee and tea. Unfortunately, the housekeeper came to put the food on our table too early and we still couldn't finish eating. My 2 bananas were gone in an instant and I didn't ask first if I wanted to continue eating or not 😅

One of the best homestay that I am staying at and the only one so far up to 2022 that I would write a review for because the experience felt like home away from home. The place is hidden on the side of a small road which opens up to a garden theme (shown in other's review). Was warmly greeted by Ms Tom and lead to the reception counter followed by a quick tour around the place and lastly to the room on level 2. The room is typically a Traditional Thai Style with parquet floor and solid thick wooden beds that is on the firm side. Bathroom are clean and water is cold as compared to many guest houses or hotels due to the hot weather (trust me, it feels good to take a cold shower on a hot sweaty afternoon in thailand). The place is quiet and good for people who enjoys those quiet times reading through books or enjoy a nice cup of coffee/tea right outside the room. A local market is only a stone throw away which is great for visitors who like to explore without walking too far off.
