I just went to eat for the first time. The entrance will be like the entrance to the garden. But when I found the shop inside, the atmosphere was very shady, the food was delicious, and the owner of the shop was very kind and friendly. It feels like you're eating at a relative's house. They also peeled ripe mangoes and put them on a plate for you to eat. Very cute. Whoever comes to Chiang Khong near the Thai Lao Bridge Checkpoint Stop by to eat at this restaurant. You definitely won't be disappointed. P.S. The restaurant is closed Sun-Mon.

Small, modest, clean accommodation with air conditioning 💪 and a great restaurant. Very warm operator. Great food, cold beer and music. Refreshed after a long day of driving. Near the border with Laos. So I was able to enter Laos the next morning in a relaxed manner.

A wonderful place, very friendly hosts! And available to serve their guests. I recommend it 100%, there is a bike restaurant and they will pick you up and take you to the border to Laos! The best accommodation in Thailand. And if you can, go for three or four days so you can get to know the area, since it seems very beautiful and there are several things to do around it.

Amazing place, definitely one of the best during my whole Asian trip. Great rooms (small houses, with big bed and bathroom), so you can feel like you have your one space. Super kind owners (pick up from bus and drop off to the border, also they can help you to book a ticket for slow boat to Luang Prabang), will help you with everything. You can also use their bicycle to cycle around the beautiful surroundings. Strongly recommended!

If you want to stay overnight as close to the border as possible, this is the ideal location. You will be picked up in the city by the bus and taken directly to the border the next morning. The bungalows are simple and practical, and you can eat in the attached restaurant. There's nothing else here except the landscape.

What a little gem ...nothing around its location but the owner will run you into town for any thing required ..then head back to a lovely room with a comfy bed ..right next to thai/laos friendship bridge 4 ..left at 8am and was in laos (huay xai)thro boarder and with visa sorted and booking into a guesthouse by 930 really would recommend

Super convenient for spending a night before crossing the border. The managers, lovely people, can pick you up from the bus stop and drive you to the border the next day. The bungalows are super cute and the restaurant run by the same managers offers delicious Pad Thai. It is possible to borrow bicycles to go for a ride in the surrounding area. On the other hand, the bungalows are in the middle of nothing (so very quiet) but if you need something, the nearest amenities are quite far away so plan in advance (especially if you take the slow boat the next day) :)PS: thank you very much to the gentleman for taking the time to help me with my phone problem, and who saved the rest of my trip!

Very good place, the bungalow are cozy and clean, the bed is fantastic. Breakfast is included and they also offer to take me to the bus station:) Moreover there is a nice restaurants on the front and a lot of nature all around. Very chill vibes

We took the local bus from Chiang Rai to Chiang Kong and were picked up by the super nice owner. He took us to the cute little bungalow complex, which is practically next to the Thai border crossing. We rented bikes (for free!) and explored the area. In the evening we ate very tasty food in the restaurant next door. Our bungalow was very cozy and clean, the beds were the most comfortable beds ever. After a free breakfast of fresh mangoes, the owner drove us to the border. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone!!! :-) Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

I'd give more stars for service if possible. They were so kind and generous. The woman is an incredible cook who made an incredible meal for me on arrival with sides of fresh, sliced fruit. The man both picked me up from the border and dropped me at the bus stop for no extra charge.The setting is lovely surrounded by forest, mango trees, and rice paddies. Everything felt so serene.The rooms are little bungalows that are very clean and comfortable. The cross breeze from the screened windows made the fan unnecessary even on an August night. Free wifi.It's worth staying a few days to check out the area.
