Great place. Very stylish. Balconies have stunning views. Breakfast very good - Yunnanese style breakfast delivered to your room. Every room has a tea set - ideal for drinking tea on your balcony while admiring the view. 😊

This place is just for enjoyment of nature.Morning is beautiful view😍Evening is romantic atmosphere💚Be sure to look out the window when it gets dark outside. I advise you to turn off the lights and sit on the balcony in the dark and peer into the darkness. You will see many glowing beetles! and many stars. An amazing fairy-tale feeling, fresh air.The room is very cozy and clean. there is a little space for clothes, but it's nothing when you forget about everything and enjoy the view!

Beautiful accommodations, decorated in Chinese style. What I like most is There are a lot of corners for taking photos. The view is beautiful. The food is delicious. The service staff is good. Recommended.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, the room itself is basic but has all the amenities needed - decent WiFi and air conditioning, showers etc, just felt a bit underwhelming.I spent hours at the balcony, from late afternoon to night chatting with friends looking out at the view. experience the serenity of doing nothing and just gazing out or hanging out with friends.Breakfast was delivered in a bird cage who added to the charm. Food itself was average but again, sitting at the balcony just soaking up the sunshine and morning breeze while eating , is an experience in itself.Maybe we caught them at a bad time but since their kitchen was down, meal times was a chore as we had to walk some distance uphill to the next nearest food place for lunch. For dinner we decided to forget it and had snacks / instant noodles

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel. And the kindness of Chiang Rai people who help and give advice. There are many people who we 🫶🏼Chiang Rai 😍We stayed here for 4 nights. The last night my husband was sick. The kids are quick, very attentive, give help, and coordinate very quickly.As for the hotel, it is a peaceful and quiet place, suitable for short-term travel. As for food, single dishes, there are few options.(Because it's not during the tourist season) 1 km away, there are restaurants, markets, and Supermark. Can walk..next time will still come as before..There will be a war on 28-29 Feb. There will be a new season. This is the best month of November.

The room was not very clean. The view was looking at a factory of some kind. It's near the bottom, but the young people here are very service-minded.

Great view but......Dated roomsTerrible serviceDinner very poor and overpriced.Shame,great location if u have a car, u can see sunset cos you are on other side of mountain....but rooms need attention and most of the curtains n blinds let in light cos they are not maintained. Room was recently re painted,easy to see cos paint all over the fixtures and floor !!!!Better places to stay.One positive, breakfast served beautifully in your room but cold n not at the time specified. No staff to be seen in the morning.Plus no hooks to hang clothes !!!

Great hotel, very attentive staff. It's just magnificent and the boss is really kind to the customers. Everything is clean and the view is just magnificent. Going back seems imperative to me!!!!!

When you pay 2000 baht for a room, would you expect that1. Bathroom door doesn't close2. Holder inside the small fridge is broken3. One of the huge sliding doors that open up to the balcony is "hanging" and one push is enough to break it (faulty bottom slide holder)4. Blinders are useless since they aren't fixed properly. Had to use a pedestal fan to try to put them together5. 2 of the 4 pillows are cheap sponge and quite uncomfy.6. Not enough space / wardrobe in the room to hang clothes.POSITIVE : A KIND LADY WHO MANAGES THIS PLACE, helped with going to the pharma shop and getting medicines for food poisoning for my partner.NEGATIVE : Despite being unwell, the cronies chased us to check out at 12PM. But thr Manager lady once again showed kindness to check out at 1PMIn short, a place with a lot of potential but maintained poorly. Needs a lot more attention to detail by understanding customer comfort needs.

The B&B on Mae Salong Mountain in Chiang Rai is a relaxing place. The scenery is great. Although there are sometimes a few bugs in the room, it does not affect us. The room is spacious. A group of us even drank and chatted in the room at night. You are not afraid of disturbing others~Breakfast is prepared and delivered to the room~Super considerate service❤️

The rooms are very dirty. Wifi doesn't work. We lived alone, and in the morning we brought breakfast for one person. Instead of 9 a.m., as we agreed, they brought it at 8 and woke us up. Terrible service, will never come back here. Very expensive, but I'm willing to pay that much when the room is clean and comfortable. On the first evening, we ran after the administrator 4 times because nothing was working (there was no TV remote control, only cold water flowed) and we couldn’t even take a bath!!! Rating 0!!!!!!!!

The accommodation is very beautiful, but the price is reasonably high. Arriving requires driving up the mountain, but that's ok. You can only use it in one place. The room is spacious, clean, and has a balcony to sit and relax. It's awesome. The hot water is difficult to adjust, and in most cases it will be scalding hot. There are snacks in the refrigerator and soft drinks for extra tea. Food is served in the morning around 8 a.m. because the employees are at work. Served a little late, around 7 a.m. would be good because you would be able to continue your trip early in the morning. The taste of the porridge is bland and bland. It makes fun of Maggi. It's just right on the salty side.

We stayed here for 1 night in March 2023. I would say our stay was rather disappointing despite the location having the potential. The place could be magical but unfortunately, during our stay in March, the place was deserted. Upon arrival, we felt that the staff at front desk was hardly interested in checking us in or providing us any guidance. Same thing happened as we were checking out. We had to go looking for the staff members to check us out.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms was just about satisfactory. It is unfortunate that our stay was not great, as the location offers a beautiful view and has everything to offer. However, due to the low season, we were not able to experience the best of what the location had to offer. IThe view is stunning, but in March it was very hazy due to crop burning in the area (not hotel's fault)Breakfast was rather poor for vegan/vegetarians. The staff just assumed and sent the breakfast to our room without any prior conversation. We had to ask them to remove it as it wasn't something that we ate. There was no communication with staff during our 1 night stay at this hotel.Overall, it is a beautiful place, and we could see that with more attention to detail and customer service, it could be a truly magical place to stay. Nevertheless, our experience was not as excellent as we had hoped. We recommend checking the season before booking to avoid similar experiences.
