Very expensive for what it is, very dirty rooms, cleaned every 2 or 3 days, no refrigerator, the bathroom gives off a very bad smell in addition to the shower water,I told them that I had to leave at 7:00 am, they told me that from 6:00 am there would be someone at the reception to give me back my 500 bats, there was no one when I went, I was waiting for almost 1 hour and no one showed up, I almost lost the ferry because of him and everything for keeping the deposit.I do not recommend this hotel at all, it is also on a very poorly lit street and at night it is a little scary to arrive.There are many other accommodations at the same or better price, better located and clean, with pleasant staff.

I'm on the verge of saying "to RUN AWAY" it's not my habit but apart from the good geographical location of this hotel, nothing was correct. Air-conditioned room ok but UNSALUTE! The sheets and cushion covers were stained with blood and I don't know what else, the bathroom mirror was so dirty that you couldn't see yourself through it, also the shower head (almost mold) the bowl was broken and to top it off, we had no water pressure or no water at all. Not for lack of having brought it up twice to the employees and manager, no reaction from them. Not to mention the smell of rising sewers! We stayed 3 nights, not once was the room made up. Finally, avoid it if you like a minimum of comfort.

No star deserved. EVERYTHING was dirty. Old blood stains on the bedsheet. The room (at least ours) didn't have a window (we didn't know because we booked on site). The bathroom is dirty and moldy. In the evening you can't sleep because of the many drunk guests. Accommodation costs per night overpriced.

Budget room. It has a bed (very firm mattress), a mirror, air conditioner and a simple bathroom. If you only plan to sleep, it's perfect!It cost me the same to rent a private room here than staying in a shared dorm in a hostel. So for me it was a win!Rita, the host, is super friendly and helpful. She helped me organize my boat tour and my ferry back. Always received me with a smile.Only downside in my opinion is that is close to Ibiza hostel, so at night you can hear the music. I don't have trouble sleeping so I didn't mind. But a light sleeper might want to get earplugs.

Absolutely disappointing! The bed was dirty and stained, despite informing the staff there were no new blankets! The bathroom was moldy and greenish water came out of the tap. Whom. When you showered, you had the feeling that you were showering with sewage. The location is good and the air conditioning works. The room was advertised as having a balcony. When we opened the curtain we realized that we were looking at a wall of the house... although the house opposite had a balcony. Conclusion: price/performance is absolutely not right and it is dirty. We are glad we only stayed for two nights.

We had a room without a window and it was somehow constantly damp. It felt more like a 'sobering up cell' than a hotel room. The price was simply too high for these rooms! The ladies at reception were super nice and sweet.

Good location as it’s close to the beach and close enough to town. The reception lady was lovely and very accomodating! The aircon also worked perfectly! Unfortunately the smell coming from the bathroom was horrible! And showering in the water was not pleasant at all

The receptionist is a sweetheart!! She makes the place a better place!!It was really easy to check in. The hostel is well located. It’s not to noisy, but you are in the middle of the party area. A really nice place to stay when you are in a budget. You get for your money. Beds and rooms are clean. You have a descent space. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower drain is not the best, but it does the job. The water is a bit smelly, but if you let the water run for a minute it becomes “normal”. Recommended :)

Here there is a hard bed and air conditioning, that's it. Not even a hairdryer or refrigerator is provided. Bed lamp doesn't work. The 1.5 square meter “bathroom” is a complete disaster. The yellowish water builds up in the toilet. The mirror is so dirty that you can hardly see yourself in it. To shower you have to squeeze next to the toilet, which inevitably gets wet. We found a few insects in our room. The rooms are very noisy, so you can hear everything from the neighbors. In our opinion, the party noise from the bars is bearable (with ear plugs). Within 3 days of stay the room was not cleaned, bed linen and towels were not changed. Due to the lack of a balcony or something similar, textiles in the room could hardly dry. Location for celebrating is good.

We had a great stay in blue lagoon, especially for the price being. There is some noice from surroundings clubs but this comes with the island itself.
The staff was nice and helpfull, forgot my powerbank and they took the trouble to send it to me on the mainland.

We had a nice stay at this guesthouse. The staff was very friendly, they let us to check-in one hour before, and on the last day we could take a shower and they gave us a towel.The rooms are modest, but clean and with AC, fair for the price you pay (1300bht/night). The price/value is comparable to other similar accommodations on the island.

We found a cockroach in our room, which was mildly dirty anyway. At nights we heard the music from a nearby disco, and during the mornings they also played loud music at the lobby. Avoid this place if you wanna enjoy Phi Phi.

+Good place if you are looking for party and simple rooms.The staff is really kind and nice to have a little chat with.The biggest pool party of Phi Phi is just next door, but we couldn't hear anything from it at night time.-The rooms have separate beds so if you go as a couple we prepared to sleep tight or in separate beds.Some stains in bed and not the best cleaning.

Room with air conditioning, large, the bathroom a little small and little storage.The lady at reception is really great, nothing to complain about her service, she helped me a lot, and we were able to talk on several occasions.The cleaning was not done even though I had left the sign on the door but nothing very serious.Thank you again for this great welcome, I highly recommend!!!
