We slept one night. Cheap, €25 for two rooms, so we weren't expecting anything much. Instead... more than decent: very spacious rooms, with a large fridge and there is also a small balcony. …

Clean place, spacious room, complete amenities. The refrigerator is bigger. Other schools that I have stayed in Sanitary ware, clean bathroom, has a balcony, very good service, has 2 parking spaces, can park many cars for several days, worth more than the price paid. Most importantly, the owner is kind enough to provide the service himself. Oh.. well done. There is a 7-Eleven, a coin-operated laundry and dryer nearby.5 stars is too little for this school.

Cheap accommodation The owner provides good service and is welcoming. Free coffee is provided below in front of the lobby. In front of the hotel there is parking for a few cars. But the hotel informed that they arranged another parking spot nearby. Overall it was worth it.

Staying here for 4 nights, The staff are very polite and friendly, Hotel is in very good condition, Always kept clean.Bike rental is available from reception directly which saves a lot of hassle, There is a lot of food nearby including a 711, And most things are walking distance.Upon arrival we were given a map and a list of things we could do which was great as it gave us a lot of extra activities, If you’re looking for a great affordable hotel, This is your place

An excellent place. It came from 2 bad experiences in Hostels. Renting a room here for 2 nights has been a success. Ban Chan is prepared for war. He will inform you of everything. It will make everything easier for you. Maps, streets, details, places, everything! You have laundry in front of the street. In the same hotel you can rent motorcycles (the company is separate). Very spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Perfect TV. Fridge. The bathroom perhaps lacks a Western shower but otherwise everything is great. It even has a small terrace that overlooks the street.

Affordable hotel, convenient location, cute design. Full amenities, just missing a hair dryer. First time staying at a hotel and feeling like I was at home. The hotel owner enthusiastically guided me on directions and fun spots 🥰🥰🥰. I will definitely visit here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we’re so impressed with this accomodation. The price was affordable, the rooms were very spacious with good working A/C, the staff were very accommodating providing fresh drinking water, towels and soaps during our stay, and the man behind the desk has so much information and was so helpful, even providing maps of points of interest in the city and lots of information about arranging transport onwards in our journey. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Had a great stay for a couple of nights here. Staff were very friendly and helpful showing us the best places to see and eat in Chiang Rai. Room was spacious with a nice balcony which was good to chill in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again if we came to Chiang Rai.
