The reception staff are very good, but the rest of the workers are talking loudly all day. At 6 in the morning you could already hear them from the third floor at the pool. And during the break they stand next to the pool talking loudly. Very annoying

Received very good service, took a group of about 30 people to a seminar, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious, the surrounding atmosphere was very good, next to the waterfront, sitting and relaxing, not expensive, and able to travel to various places in every district. Thank you to the staff. of the hotel Everyone is cute.

✨️Advantages😀- The service staff is very good.- Beautiful view next to the Mekong River- The water is very strong.- There is an air purifier in the room (some hotels don't have any).- The rooms are clean.- Soft pillow, not too high, soft mattress, comfortable to sleep on.✨️ Disadvantages 😩- The lights in the room are not bright enough.- There is no hot water (or it doesn't get hot in time, I don't know) all morning and all night.- Too close to the road, can hear cars all night (must stay with Mekong view)- Breakfast is not diverse. There are 3-4 main dishes to choose from.- TV is not connected to the Internet.

2024 07 10 & 11Am here for 2 nights2022 07 10I actually wanted to stay here for 8 nights.Since there are 2 Bhudda days this week, plus a bridge day, it makes for a long holiday gift for many Thais.The hotel is fully booked during this time.So I enjoyed the previous 3 daysUnfortunately, the aircon on the balcony is really, really loud, which really bothered me. Changing that will be wishful thinking and will remain so.Every 15 minutes the Aircon switches on automatically, then it becomes very loud for 5 minutes.Anyone who has restless sleep will have a very difficult time getting used to this interval.From the third night onwards I was able to sleep a little more peacefully as I slowly got used to this unnecessary noise.Therefore only 2 🌟 🌟 for the room.My shower was very badly calcified, I reported it to reception, lo and behold, everything was neatly put in order on the same day.That's what I call taking care of the guests, congratulations!Magnificent view from Room 306 of the bulging MekongAccording to Wikipedia, over 15,000 m³ of water should flow per second at high water levelsWhen the water level is low, still around 5,000 m³When it is high it is clearly visible how fast it is running; you can see this if, for example, a large piece of wood or bushes flows through

Pros: Big grand hotel with pool right on the river facing Laos. Hotel located about 5 minutes south east outside of downtown Chiang Saen. Staff are well trained, charming and very mind service oriented. Rooms have bath tubs, large screen Samsung Smart TVs with Netflix and new powerful air conditioners. Rooms have air filters. Lobby has free on demand fresh coffee machines using real coffee beans. There was a buffet breakfast available even though we stayed on a weekday, low season, and occupancy was very low.Cons: Air filters in our two rooms didn't change PM 2.5 level at all presumably because filters need replacing. Pool water cloudy and needs proper PH balancing. Staff should pick up daily litter lining the river bank.

The photos looked a lot better than what it was. Very run down and the pool was really dirty when we arrived and wanted a swim. Room was clean but things were very old. Lovely view of the river where you can enjoy the sunrise come up. …

We enjoyed are stay here. Especially watching the boats running up and down the Mekong River. Chiang Saen has great shopping and traditional Thai food to take advantage of. Our room was very functional and spot on. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We saw a lot of tour groups using this Hotel, which is a good thing.

Very run down hotel. We stayed back in fall 2022, and it was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip by far. The fluorescent lights on the outside of the hotel magnetized bugs to the balcony and we had to close the curtains and keep the lights off to keep them from swarming in. The walls were paper thin and high pitched whine from electrical equipment in the hall kept us awake. The hotel itself was deserted and the bar was closed. No nearby restaurants. It is not a safe walk to the city center despite its location because the streets are dark, narrow, cars drive fast, and it is on the outskirts of town. No transportation to the city center. The breakfast was OK.Maybe it has changed in the last 18 months.

Hello, come to visit Chiang Saen. Choose to stay at Siam Triangle Hotel. The atmosphere is very good. The back is next to the Mekong River. The staff are very cute. There is a slight problem with the room. The employee managed to solve the problem. Thank you very much. There is a chance to come and stay again.
