If you can handle walking up some stairs I highly recommend requesting one of the top rooms as the views are amazing! Very handy to town and highly recommend staying here while on Phi Phi. Also look out for the lizard 🦎 that hangs out by the pool.

Pure horror!They climbed up the path completely rickety. The room was completely dirty and broken. The bed was full of stains. The towels were also dirty. The light and wifi didn't work. The rest of the room, if it wasn't completely dirty, was completely dusty! Apparently the cleaning staff doesn't want to climb the many steps to the last room to clean properly. The railing from the balcony is wobbly. You get the impression that if you step hard the whole hotel will collapse. We immediately wanted to look for a new hotel so that we didn't have to spend the night there. Unfortunately, all the good hotels in the area were fully booked. So unfortunately we had to spend the night there... There's no mention of sleep because the parties on the beach are so loud that you can hear them in the room as if you were right next to them. The light wasn't even repaired even though we pointed it out. Left immediately the next morning. No discussion from reception. So you get the impression that something like this happens more often. At least we got the money back for the remaining nights. You're better off spending the night on the beach. At least it's cleaner there... Simply disgusting!

We spent 4 nights there.Large room and large, clean and comfortable bathroom.However, you have to climb quite a few steps to get there.Location close to the center but bad smells outside.Decent staff.A little expensive for this service.

Great view and good location. Staff were very nice and helpful. Be prepared for a hike to your room if you choose a high bungalow but worth it for the view. Enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

Last minute booking with low expectations based off these reviews, however actually a great hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was helpful, club noise very distant, no sewage smell..some stairs but a good little workout 😀

PROS: quiet location, good territory, friendly personalCONS: photos here are not even close to the reality, they were valid 10-15 years ago, rooms are terrible for their price. A bathroom is a complete disaster. I'm a man, I can live in Spartan conditions. But even for me it was too bad, not talking about girls who will probably experience immediate cultural shock.

I really don’t recommend. Rooms are full of dust, there’s no room service, WiFi is terrible everywhere , every day, super overpriced for what they deliver. Stairs all the way, not worthy at all!!

This place may be a nice place in the future. Right now, there is a lot of construction going on. Rooms are amazing. But it might be difficult for older people to walk the stairs

Pros: Beautiful stay. Very neat. Spacious Bathroom. Great view from the window and balcony searing area. Great hospitality by Bond. Very calm and away from the main area.Cons: You’ve to climb a lot every time. Hyper aggressive mosquitoes (Get a repellent from any of the nearby stores)

The toilet is a bit run down, could have been better with a fresh coat of paint. It is a clean toilet.The room is good, spacious and comfortable, with a good pillow, mattress and blanket.Lucky for us to have lower villa, anything higher, is only for younger generation 😉There is a coin operated laundry behind the reception area. It is cheap & works fine.
