Good room, looks new, has an elevator, large bathroom, has a bedside plug. The plug should be on the side of the head of the bed, not on top of it. Parking looks a little difficult. The concrete floor should be poured better than this, and it's difficult to drag luggage.

Convenient for travelers like our team ... traveling to donate to help flood victims .. looking for a place to stay and got this place ... the night reception of the ladies is very good .. polite and gentle With customers... There is enough parking for our customers. Hotel according to the size of the hotel ... The sign is clear to see .. but we have to walk into the alley a little, about 30 meters ... Walk in / booking with Agoda ..0its comfortable to do it as you like.🥰 ... Thank you for you hospitality... And give us room to sleep at night.

My request for this review is not with the intention of criticizing or damaging the hotel, but I would like to share what I encountered regarding the check-out time from the hotel, which was my experience staying at the beginning of September '24. Sleeping in a room with a large bed and a small bed for 3 people, it turned out that when checking out The housekeeper informed that there was a small piece of cloth that was placed with a towel missing. The guest confirmed that there were two small pieces of cloth but three towels. The officer at the front desk refused to tell him and had to pay a fine of 199 baht. The housekeeper brought 3 sets of photos from when the room was renovated. (But the photo was taken from when or from which room, I don't know.) The guest agreed that they could search their bags, but the front desk staff didn't search. I will only ask for an adjustment. If you ask for money, it's not a lot, but it hurts your feelings or you have to have guests take photos as evidence of every item in the room. In truth, no one would do that. Why don't you think that the housekeeper didn't put all the things in place? What will someone do with a small handkerchief? I don't know if anyone has experienced something like this. It's a pity there isn't time like that. It's definitely a case.

The hotel name is similar to another one.B2 Boutique has 2 locations.People are very confused.The name should be changed to be easy to understand.People who have never been here don't know.Check-in and check-out are difficult, signing lots of documents.Even though booking online with AgodaDocuments should be reduced.You should add conditions. Booking details in the app insteadIt's not like having guests stand and wait to enter the room for almost half an hour.Must deposit another 500 baht for each room.The walls are very thin. The room doesn't keep sound at all. You can still hear it when walking past.Close the door loudly. It's midnight, 1 a.m. and it's still open. Close the door.The bed head plug has only 2 holes.The TV is very small.There is a key card to enter the room. Polite receptionistThe room is very clean, the water flows very strong, there is no smell.

The room is stuffy, but the most annoying thing is that the water doesn't flow very well. Stayed last night At night, the water doesn't flow much anymore. In the morning, it flows less. It's really a shame about the room rate. Normally use B2 service regularly. But really disappointed with B2 Chiang Rai. All 3 branches are not much different.

Everything is good. Deducted 1 point from the room because it doesn't keep sound. sound next door The front of the room opened the door and heard it. People in the walkway are noisy and chaotic. There is no consideration for other guests. But otherwise it's good.

Very good price but no privacy A thin wall broke and a loud sound pierced through the room. The night I stayed, I encountered a drunk ladyboy who screamed, spoke rudely, and swore at 2:00 a.m. The noise was so loud that I woke up. I notified the counter and was told to wait and see if it would be quiet or not.
