Magnificent hotel. The wooden rooms are super beautiful. A little out of the way but you know that when you book (there is a farm right next door where you eat really well and have a karaoke atmosphere after your meal).The breakfasts are good but allow time for them to do so. The owners take great care. Missing bottles of water in the fridge, I didn't think at the time that the bottles were filled with drinking water.I highly recommend this hotel!Thanks Mark

Rice terrace views are only available from certain rooms. The price is high for the off season. Another joke with the door, it’s also a window.

I cannot imagine a more beautiful place to stay. The surroundings are idyllic and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had the opportunity to eat a fresh made breakfast from the hosts’ menu and then decided to request a dinner to be made for our party that evening. The northern Thailand pork dish Kallaya made was phenomenal, Mark and Kallaya made our group’s last dinner so special.A heartfelt thanks to Mark, and especially Kallaya, for helping me get to a hospital when I injured myself. They made sure I was safe and cared for , Kallaya was my helpful translator, and Kallaya got me to and from the hospital. I would never have expected such kindness but that is the way of the hosts. Bambuh Boutique Homestay is exactly that, a home that you care about with people who care about your wellbeing and our planet .

…great, great place and wonderful hosts. The Resort ist modern, stylish, comfy and close to nature. Just look at the pictures - all true. Even better are the hosts: They cook for you, arrange trips, prepare breakfast and make you feel sooo welcome. Too bad we only had two days… this place is definitely worth more!

This is a homestay in Chiang Rai. The boss is a foreigner. The entire B&B is well maintained. The environmental plants are beautiful. L. The layout of the room we stayed in was a bit cramped. Breakfast is paid separately, and the food is pretty good. There are several stilted buildings with wooden structures that are nice and have an ancient feel. It's a pity that they are all full.

Truly lovely place to stay. The loft is a large traditional style Thai room with a comfortable bed. Quiet, peaceful and overlooking rice fields. The hosts are lovely. Would strongly recommend.

A hidden, calm gem in the outskirts of Chiang Rai, which is perfect when you only want to plunge into the more vibrant center once in a while. My room in the beautiful garden landscape was beautiful, cleaned daily and the owners Kallaya and Marc the best hosts I can imagine, friendly, helpful, welcoming.Even if the center is an approx. thirty minutes ride away it's really easy to get there and back with services like Grab for very fair rates. Only if it gets later in a night out it gets unprobable to find a grab driver (they cancel all the time then), then you probably have to switch to a taxi and offer a bit more than usual (like 300 instead of the common 180, to give you a direction), so that for them it's then paying out to surely have an empty ride back from the outskirts to the center. But yeah, this is also totally ok once in a while.
