5 stars overall, look for all the details if there aren't 5.The Bura is a dream to relax.The complex is outside Chiang Rai and it helps if you have a car.The bungalows are spacious and offer what you need. WiFi / TV / Aircon / Fridge. Everything is clean.The bungalows are embedded in watercourses in the forest.But anyone who comes here should be aware that not everything is perfect. But that's exactly what gives it that certain something.It's clear to me that I'll be back.

It was wonderful experience! Hannah and team are so polite and give best service in hospitality: transfers , food , tours and etc. beautiful nature , amazing houses , if you search cozy and beautiful jungle time - Bura resort is the best ! Hope to back soon with my friends

Check out today. This place was amazing. Very relaxing, and very involved with nature on the hill. The rooms was super clean. The staff was really helpful. Call them anytime. We will come again when we travel to Chiang Rai again.. great hospitality

Perfect place in the nature!We stay 3 nights and love it! We were very well received and the room is very comfortable. Our visit in April did not allow us to enjoy the water flowing past the edge of the room, but the wildlife was definitely present! gecko, frogs, crickets, ...everyone sings to their heart's content. Take earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Definitely recommended! During our stay, we had a small air conditioning problem which was quickly resolved.

Perfect getaway after a few days in the city area. It's soooo peaceful, unless you don't love the sounds of nature (natural stream, manmade waterfalls, nature's musicians - birds, insects, frogs, etc). Facilities are basic but the villa was super comfortable, huge bathroom, and great water pressure to boot. No USB ports, but plenty of sockets. The owners/staff were amazingly accommodating and so kind to ferry us to civilisation when we needed to go anywhere, including airport/hotel transfers. Breakfast options were simple but adequate. Definitely recommend for a relaxing stay out in nature. Would stay again!

Very nice experience. We stayed 3 nights with 2 young children. The welcome was incredible and lots of nice touches for them. Magnificent bedroom and bathroom. The surrounding area is quickly accessible by car or scooter.

This is a beautiful resort located outside of the city with beautiful mountain scenery. Each separate lodge was private and surrounded by water streams and beautiful gardens. Rooms are very large, clean, overlooking gardens. Breakfast is included. Dinner was extra but reasonable and tasty. The owner and host Hannah go above and beyond to connect you with local massages at the hot spring (highly recommended), transportation to bus terminal or markets. They even packed a breakfast/lunch for our bus trip back to chiang mai. There are local cafes you can explore by foot or by scooter/car.

We loved our time at Bura Resort. The resort itself is fabulous with wonderful gardens and streams and ponds.Hannah who looked after us was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better service. She went above and beyond what was asked of her.She made us lunch for our journey back to Chiang Mai, drove us around to the markets.She is amazing!!

Beautiful resort in a stunning area. The room is large and clean, the view is amazing.The atmosphere is super relaxing and the area is very quiet aswell.Host Hannah is super friendly and the food prepared by her husband is a culinary delight.We had a wonderful time in Chiang Rai and can highly recommend the Bura Resort.

The rooms are very good, worth more than the price. The staff are attentive and provide good service. There is grilled pork. Each set is about 320 baht. Suitable for relaxing with the whole family and group of friends.
