Front desk staff Service is not an issue at all. Talk about details, don't understand. We called to reserve a room 1 day before arrival. The staff informed me that I could notify them in the message. Because we informed that we had already stayed, 16 hours had passed until there was a response from the front desk staff. We've already agreed on a room for 2 nights. Which room will we get and how much will it cost? The employee said that payment can be made when checking in. But then an unexpected event occurred. When the front desk employee called and informed that The room that the customer has reserved has 2 employees accepting reservations at the same time (What...what...? There is something like this too) so the room that the customer has reserved cannot be made. This kind of incident should not happen at all. We, as businessmen, must constantly be on the move. I have stayed in many places. I admit that I have never encountered an incident like this before. That is, the front desk employees are making gestures and making facial expressions in a way that is dissatisfying to the customers. Ask me anything, I don't want to say, I don't want to answer. (The room rate is 1,500 baht, but there is no breakfast) and another thing is to order food in the system. After 1 hour, I called the restaurant to follow up with food and said that the system had not been updated to make all new orders. However, this person is considered a hotel. There were 2 mistakes, which is considered a lot. Which does not happen at all in a hotel system like this. #Please let the owner consider this. The matter of the front desk staff receiving overlapping customers caused them to almost lose their room. Even though we traveled over 800 kilometers to come here. And almost found a new room even though it was another 30 kilometers to the hotel, not very good.

Booked to stay with the family for 1 night, 2 rooms, 8-9 June, a group of 5 people. We and our family arrived in Mae Sai late in the evening. Check-in around 8 p.m. The staff informed us that there would be 1 room where the TV could not be viewed. Because the day before it rained heavily. Lightning struck the TV signal antenna, causing some rooms to damage the electrical system. It was a natural circumstance, which is understandable, so we let the parents go to a room where they could watch TV. Normally we don't watch TV. When the staff took us to see where the room was, when we opened it, we were shocked. There was a broken light in the middle of the room, and there was still a gaping hole. There hasn't been a change yet. There's a string hanging down. The work is still not complete. I'm confused by the employees. I understand that they probably didn't make it in time and didn't check carefully. Normally, if the room is not finished yet, closed for renovations, waiting for repairs, details must be detailed. Continue the round well. Should not be opened for guests to stay at all!! But I must, eh, be surprised when the employees There was no reaction of being upset or shocked at all. When we opened the room, when we asked why the room was like this? Instead, he answered with a straight face. The other day the light bulb broke. The technician wasn't finished yet, plus he smiled and didn't say he would change the room. Well, it shouldn't even be allowed to guests stay. Because I personally work in the hotel field. Especially if it's about the room. The more you have to be very detailed. Can't be careless They don't do things like this. So we asked to change rooms because we couldn't. In conclusion, got the opposite room. The tub from Gucci, when I closed the drain hole and drained the water, it couldn't be removed and the shower couldn't be turned on. When I called the staff, they said they could fix it tomorrow morning. They listened to the problem, but there was no solution. Only the front page gives any preliminary information. No apologies were said. My boyfriend's father and younger brother had to shower with a bidet. My boyfriend's mother had to come take a shower in our room. In conclusion, I couldn't watch the TV in both rooms. Even though I changed rooms, I still couldn't watch it. I feel sorry for the father and mother who brought them through this hardship. Brought to visit but ended up having a bad experience and became a passive victim. The old room was not clean but the blanket was torn and the tissue was not replenished. Shower gel, shower gel, shampoo were not refilled even though there were guests who opened a new room. The old towel has stains. The water was not strong at all. The refrigerator is not cold. Not sure when was the last time I cleaned and checked the neatness of the room? Do not disrespect the guests at all. We came to stay for a fee, not for free. Why did you give us a room that was not ready and not ready? Very disappointed because I believed that the perfect review was completely different from the actual condition. The actual situation encountered was a very bad management system. Not impressed at all. I don't want to recommend anyone to stay because I don't want anyone to have to go through what we went through. Once is more than enough.
