Didn't go to stay and got lost. It's a pity that the place where each house is big can still see its beauty, but it's a deserted village.

Older development that’s seen some good renovations in recent years. Close to the newly built “Chiang Mai Beach” with river access, restaurants and lots of good trails.Local wet market nearby as well as lots of great local Thai food. Quick access to the ring road too.

Honestly, I thought I hallucinated this place when I rode in on a motorcycle one afternoon. I can't believe I found it on map. It's definitely haunted and I remember a lot of the buildings being abandoned. Definitely worth driving through and taking some pictures of post-apocalyptic victorian houses, if it hasn't changed since I was there.

It is an old village, a long time ago, there were no residents, there were only a few people staying. Lack of security guards makes it very dilapidated. But there are always home repairs.

The trees are messy, lack of care, and are left to grow old without improvement.

There is a nice idea behind this living place. Sadly it's very bad maintained. The road in bad condition and the green area too. Some houses are inhabited and well maintained, some houses and gardens are left to the wilderness.
