**Located in Chiang Rai city..Road No. 1 (500 ฿/night)..behind Sirichai Apartment (inside)..shady..parkingBeside the room..there is a garden for walking around..it's a single house..**Very spacious room (5×7 m.)..5 foot bed (single)..has a built-in set (wardrobe, dressing table, TV, refrigerator).**There is air conditioning, hot water. TV, refrigerator..water..soap, shampoo, tissue..towel, wifi(0932923622)**The owner is friendly and considerate.**Quiet, no dogs..**People in wheelchairs can rest..there are no stairs.**Cleanliness (room, clean mattress,Used items,//Bathroom not very clean☆☆Water heater..too low..raise it higher..to prevent water from splashing into the machine..- Soap, shampoo..only one set..come 2People..not enough..- Check and clean the air filter..just a little more..**I will come to stay again..

29/3/67 Today I came to sleep here. The service was very bad. We found a gecko on the head of the mattress and almost slept with it. We called him to come and when he arrived he yelled at the customer. He said he was afraid and he would go away. People who are afraid are afraid. Then they use a stick to knock it out and then stick it in the head until it dies, pointing fingers and cursing at customers again. I spent money on sleeping and didn't use it and asked to sleep for free. The housekeeper and the owner spoke very badly. Just now I was very emotional and didn't want to scold old people. We encountered a total of 5 of them. The first one fell on his head, but it was a baby. The second one next to the bed All that's left is behind the closet. That night, we quickly packed up our things and ran out. Pay rent 620 Free baht. That night we went to look for a new bed. There must have been a lot of gecko crates, room number 10. Whoever sleeps, please check carefully. I don't know if it's been cleaned or not. Take a cloth to check the customer and wrap the gecko that was killed.

Water bill 200 per month The electricity bill is one person and there won't be any electrical appliances. 300++, the room is not good, the room fee is overcharged, there are always problems with the housekeeper, I don't recommend it, I say it in one word, I don't recommend it, it's very bad.

The room was smelly. Everything in the room was very old, the sheets were yellow, there was no service of any kind. You had to find a room yourself.

Very good, suitable for travelers. Price 380 to 450 along the road from Mae Chan into Chiang Rai, about 10 kilometers away, quiet, without the noise of cars.

Before anyone came and stole your stuff, we don't know. You already have a warning message in your room.If a customer drives a Benz, would you dare say so?2 Spinning beds make your back hurt like sleeping on coils.3. I can't watch TV.4. Warm water cannot be used.5. The customer must go and find a room by himself.
