They are in collusion with a motorcycle company where they steal, do not trust this hotel, they stole 700 bth from me

Disastrous experience, we left the same day. The hotel is in deplorable condition unlike the photos. In the room there was dust and a very old armchair that smelled like old furniture and permeated the atmosphere. We asked for a room change and they took us to the next room. The room was much better although each room has an old chair, we were going to stay, but when we went to close the door it didn't lock since it is locked. They had to change us again, the third room was worse than the first, with mold and dust on the headboard. The hotel is no longer on Booking and from what we were told there was no one else in the hotel that day. We were lucky to still be able to request free cancellation on Booking, so 3 hours later and 2 more taxis later we looked for another hotel. There are options in much better condition. It looks like it has undergone many changes, the dining room furniture has changed many times and there are broken sofas and grandmother's tablecloths on the tables, none of the elegance that the photos reflect. The pool is something to put your feet in, it doesn't go any further and completely faces the street from where they see you.

First impression :The hotel is beautiful and stylish, Moroccan + minimalist + local Chiang Rai. Use inexpensive decorations but look good and can be used.The hotel lobby is the same as the breakfast room.small swimming pool for children to play or just for decoration Lovely staff, come with good sense.VIP room :Take a look at minimalist Morocco A simple bathroom with no partition. Some exhaust fans suck in pipe odors.The futon bed is still squishy, ââthe springs are not separated, affecting the person next to the pillow. The pillow is a bit too high. There is no variety of pillow. We sleep on low pillows which makes it difficult to sleep.There's a lot of light in the room, even with the curtains closed. Part of it is light from the temperature of the air conditioner.Advantages of VIP room:- There is a private porch.- seperate living room- large space- can double breakfast- private private private- Lovely staff, witty, friendly, good service.Disadvantages here:- Few parking spaces- Small school, the smell of food floats into the room early in the morning.- The value is less than a budget hotel. You have to pay for the style.- The lobby is hot because there is a lot of light opening.- Quality of items used in the room Still not as good as it should be- It would be great to add a touch of smell to create a mood.- no lift just 2 floors- Few employees, service may not be standard chain hotel.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast has delicious northern food as a set menu, small swimming pool, children can play, good service staff. The room is quite good, has 2 floors, no elevator, parking inside the hotel has 2 cars, but you can park in front of the hotel and in the alley. Good location, between the airport and the city, convenient travel, lots of photo spots.

I went with my wife for 3 nights and we loved this boutique hotel. The decoration is beautiful and the staff is the best!!Daily cleaning, good size room, good wifi, large bed, air conditioning, pool in the hotelâĶ I recommend it.The hotel is not in the same center, but it was really inconvenient because the taxi (Grab) charged you an average of 1.5 euros (or you walked 25 minutes).

The accommodation is next to the road, but there is no clear observation point, making it impossible to drive. And I want the room door to be fixed because it doesn't lock well anymore. And the bathroom near the toilet isn't very clean. But overall it's good. The staff is good. The price includes breakfast.

Beautiful boutique hotel, decorated with attention to every detail, comfortable beds and pillows, abundant breakfast and super friendly staff; It is not in the center of Chiang Rai but it is accessible by taxi or tuk tuk very easily, at a low cost. Just 15 minutes from the airport by taxi.

The hotel is very nice and the value for money is really excellent. The breakfast is good although sometimes a little unusual. The service is a bit dreamy, sometimes not very fast but still very kind. The rooms are clean and spacious, although with a few glitches here and there (for example one evening the hot water didn't work and we didn't find much support in this regard). However, overall I would say recommended!

Reserved and deposited Maison de Chiang Rai, but the staff reserved the wrong month. Therefore resolved to stay here instead. Same owner, nearbyI like that there is an airport shuttle service. near the airport The room has complete amenities, is clean, and the service staff is very good.

Stayed on December 27, 2923When arriving at the hotel to check in Around 15:00-16:00 The employee informed that The accommodation was full, so we moved to stay at Maison De Chiang Rai and then informed that they had sent a message before, which the hotel sent at 1:21 p.m. We were driving so we didn't see the message. So I asked why we had to move when we reserved the courtyard. The staff said Our booking was Maison De Chiang Rai from the beginning. Even though our booking confirmation email was Courtyard and also said that the rooms at Maison De Chiang Rai were exactly the same as Courtyard, we agreed to check in, but when we arrived, the rooms were not at all the same. But had to stay because I was afraid that other hotels would not be available.At night, when I returned to my room, I couldn't enter the room. Call the employee. The employee said the key card battery was dead. So I took a spare battery (I think) and plugged it into the door. I asked if other people could enter my room like this. The employee responded that they couldn't enter, had to open from the inside or had to have a keycard only. In the morning around 9:15 Another guest came into the room while we were sleeping. It's good that we put the chain on.Do not recommend both Courtyard and Maison de Chiang Rai at all. The staff should improve.
