Nice, small, clean guesthouse. The rooms are rather small, but nice and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is small and everything gets wet when you shower, but that doesn't really bother you. Breakfast included. About 8 minutes walk to the night market. Recommended!

Booked an upstairs room for 3 people and a downstairs room for 2 people. The price was only 1740 baht, which was very good. The upstairs room was very good. It's like renting a private floor with a hall and balcony from the bedroom going down to 2 points. There is a bathroom in the hall.The accommodation is next to the Saturday Walking Street in the middle area. There are many ways to enter and exit. There is parking nearby. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a noodle shop on the property as well. It's not far to walk to the clock tower.There are 2 types of breakfast to choose from, with a choice of drinks and pineapple. Eat until 11:00 a.m.Personally, I like it here. Will go back to stay again if I go to Chiang Rai. The staff are also lovely.

A simple hotel - guest house in the center of town, where you can walk to restaurants and bars. The room is simply furnished, but has what you need for a night or two. A small pleasant garden is located next to the guest house, where it is possible to park motorcycles under cover, otherwise parking in the street along the property.

Room was big and close to the walking street on a Saturday. The bed was the most uncomfortable I think I've ever slept on and the room was so dark so not enjoyable to stay in. They only came into the room once in 4 nights. Location good, comfort not at all.

Stayed here for one night while visiting Chiang Rai from Chiang Mai. It was about a 20 minute walk from the main bus terminal.We had a queen sized room with private bathroom. Like other boutique guesthouses in Thailand, it was a toilet/shower combo. AC worked well and there was a small fridge inside the room.Complimentary breakfast included where they hand you a slip of paper to select your options. I had pre-ordered a vegan friendly breakfast with them, but they seemed to have lost that memo the morning of, so I didn't end up eating much of the meal provided to me.There is a wonderful garden in front where you can relax in if you get a chance. Staff were very friendly.

One of the best places I've stayed. Saturday night market is just out side. Close access to all of Chiang Rai. Staff is so frendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. Very beautiful hotel in the city.

Small but very clean room. The managers do not understand English but use Google translate to interact. The room we had only had the option of opening a small window in the bathroom, the one in the bedroom was blocked.

My room was clean but dreary, with dark wood panelling on the walls and a window that faces a cement block wall. Based on the photos and reviews, I was expecting something more cheerful. The coffee shop is cute, but closed. The nearby park is closed for renovation. The woman who works there doesn't speak English but we were able to communicate via Google translate.

Loved my 2 night stay. The ladies are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and of course a 7-11. If you are here on a Saturday the night market is on this street. This does mean there is no road access after about 4 pm. So if you are arriving with a vehicle on Saturday be sure to arrive early. I was here on a Saturday and the night market is AMAZING. Also the provided breakfast is excellent. You have the option of a western or Thai breakfast and i opted for the Thai. Loved it!!

This place is made for one-piece fans, it has nice details from the manga and anime. The coffee was okay, not specialty coffee but good quality.For staying the room was clean and the air conditioning works fine.They don't speak any English at all but with the translator and their nice attitude, you can communicate the basics.

We were here for breakfast, or rather for breakfast, there was only one) egg, sausages, toast, salad, butter, jam. + coffee. The place is beautiful and cozy. But there is no choice of food at all🤷🏽♀️

Comfortable room but a little dark. The bathroom was clean, a slight smell of sewer was sometimes present. The owners are very helpful even though they don't speak English (long live Google translate). The setting is nice. Well located, in the heart of Chiang Rai.
