Mpaï, the owner of the place is perfect. Very attentive. The double room at the entrance to the property is limited in size but perfectly equipped and nicely decorated. The air conditioning works well and we sleep very well there.Excellent value.

I love everything about this place! So quiet,peaceful and beautifully well designed room. Tai and her mother was a very good,sweet and friendly host. Every morning she will prepare the breakfast that we already chose the day before from the menu. English breakfast to Thai cuisine to Vegetarian. Free bicycle for you to ride in the town. She can also book a bike rental for you. Make my life so much easier during my stays there. Thank you so much! ❤️

I came to Chiang Rai to ride a motorcycle and booked it because I liked the style of the hotel room. I loved it even more after staying here. The owner of the B&B is kind, the environment is quiet and clean, the decoration is beautiful and comfortable, and you can choose the breakfast menu on the day you check in, including vegetarian options. The owner of the B&B recommended us to go to "Chiang Rai Guanyin Temple" and "Lalitta Café" for the rest of our half-day trip. They are both very close. They are both very good. I will arrange to stay here for a few more nights when I come back to Chiang Rai. It is really comfortable. Thank you~~

The mother and daughter team are wonderful they really look after you. Wonderful breakfasts cooked by mum and very helpful with booking tours, tuk tuk etc. The room I stayed in was immaculate beautiful comfy bed all amenities taken care of . I'll give it 5/5

This is a very warm B&B❤️I received great care at this B&BThe owner of the B&B helped me rent a car and gave me a lot of travel advice. He listened to me share my journey every day.The owner's mother cooks breakfast every day, which is super delicious. Staying in this B&B added a lot of points to my entire trip❤️Highly recommended👍👍

It was such a great stay: the host was super friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, you can see that everything around is really high quality. Location really comfortable - walkable distance to very center of the city. Breakfast - very delicious, small treats every day, from fruits to home bakery.

Lovely quiet place to stay in Chiang Rai. It is within walking distance of the city centre and free bicycles are available. The rooms are beautiful and the hosts are really friendly. Will definitely come back again when in Chiang Rai.

The rooms are large, modern and very clean. For breakfast there are very large portions and fresh fruit.You can rent bikes for free.The hostesses are incredibly nice and caring.I felt very well.Thank you for the great stay and the great excursion tips!

A truly wonderful homestay. Hosts were very kind, and the breakfast was amazing. Extremely well designed rooms with very good hot showers, AC works well if needed, and very comfortable bed. Would come back here if I find myself back in Chiang Rai.

Tai and her mother are amazing hosts. Breakfast was amazing, you get a menu to choose from the night before. Other places is just toast and egg, but here you have options of local thai cuisine, american breakfast, coffee, fruits, etc. Def the best breakfast out of the 3 weeks I spent throughout Thailand. Also great location - away from the city, but close enough. She has bikes for you to borrow for free and they ride well. 5-10 minutes and you're in the thick of it all - night markets, fruit stands, clock tower, etc.. There are also tons of tour operators, she suggested one and booked it for me - I'm glad I went with her. Also recommended nearby desserts and local restaurants - not a single person at these places spoke English and that is just what I was looking for. Perfect local experience! The rooms were also clean and tidy. She also let me leave my bags with her for 7 hours. Will definitely come back. Thanks Tai!!!

Maximum clean, comfortable and tasteful. The owner is a very friendly woman and her mother has golden hands because the breakfasts are simply wonderful.The room has everything, towels for feet, hands, body and face. Kettle, water, hd tv, shower is just wonderful. Air conditioner.You can rent a bike for free, but it’s best to tell the hostess and take a bike, prices vary from 250 to 400 baht per day.The location is great, close to the night market, bus stop and shops
