Basically a good hotel with attentive service. Unfortunately the hotel is not for guests with small children. We were aware that there were valuable items in the hotel area. But we didn't expect so many things. This meant that staying with children was very stressful for us. Unfortunately we also had no hot water. The owner called the plumber, but he only turned the hot water supply to maximum and the owner told me to shower with reduced water pressure. Of course, this isn't worthy of a 3 star hotel and I didn't get the impression that the owner wanted to fix the problem in the long term. It's a shame for such a nice hotel. Nice furnishings are nice, but the basics like hot water just have to work in the hotel.

This hotel is oldish but maintained well. Very quint courtyard and relative quiet. 10 min car ride or 3.5 Km from town center. There is a 7-11 store 3 min walk away.However, I do not recommend this hotel because it has a hot water problem. The water temperature was unstable and lukewarm so it was impossible to take a proper shower. They managed to change a room for us but the same problem persisted. In the end we took quick showers in the afternoon when it was warmer to avoid the shivering.

Beautiful boutique hotel, with amazing art collection, lovely team, great coffee, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, clean, great location, nice spaces to chill and relax.Suggestion: some sun beds at the pool area would be nice.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Room and everything around it was very clean. A small pool and a pretty garden or terrace complete the ambience. Very friendly staff and boss, you should definitely talk to the owner about planned excursions, she has good tips.

Very nice little hotel.Welcoming and helpful staff. Very very good restaurant, we ate all the Thai dishes in the restaurant. Correct breakfast.Everything is clean and pretty. It's nice.Small downside, only one window in our room, behind a wardrobe which made the room rather dark. Location is also correct but you obviously need to provide taxis to get to the tourist sites. Small swimming pool but as there were few of us in the hotel, it was always free. We recommend.

The location is a bit far from the night market. If you have transportation, it is a very good place to stay. It is very quiet and green. The hotel's furnishings are very artistic. I like the Thai decoration style. There is a restaurant and bar next to it. There is a small swimming pool and the bedding is very comfortable. I like the corridor on the second floor very much. It is a very Thai-style chair corridor. In short, it is very pleasant and comfortable.

A 10. Our stay and experience has been fabulous. Quality - Unbeatable price.- Room: It was very clean, impeccable. Every day they came to clean. We didn't find any bugs. The bathroom has everything (gel, shampoo, hairdryer). It does not have a safe, but it is not necessary since the feeling of security is enormous. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and they give you 2 bottles of water every day. The bed is very large and comfortable. The air conditioning was great, very powerful and working well.- Reception: very friendly and they immediately answered any questions. Always with a smile.- Breakfast: we had it included, and it was buffet style, with toast, juice, coffee, fruit, homemade pastries, yogurts and they also made several types of varied dishes on the spot (you choose one) that were very good. It starts at 7 so if you have an excursion it is perfect.- Pool and outdoors: we used it little, but it was great. Good water temperature and very clean. They give you a towel. The garden and the tranquility that you breathe is spectacular.- Location: Maybe a little far away, but using Grab, they came to pick us up right away and it was very cheap, so it wasn't an impediment, on the contrary, since it was a very quiet place and you couldn't hear any noise.- All the staff are lovely.In conclusion, a stay of 2 nights out of 10. If you are looking for quality, and even an unbeatable price, this is your accommodation.

Enjoyed our stay here for couple of nights, private and have more outdoor space if you wanted to chill out with your family and friends. Things to consider is they don't have Netflix or other option for non local clients if wanted to use the Television.

Very kind, attentive host. The rooms are excellent, the hotel is quiet. It was a very nice hotel.I found the price of the restaurant next door a little expensive. But apart from that it was a perfect place to sleep in Chiang Rai

I recommend 100%It is located out of town, no noise around. The room is spacious and clean. One of the best bathrooms we had in Thailand.The woman at reception is always there, smiling and very kind.In addition, breakfast is included, it is varied every day and delicious, you can also order American or Thai breakfast plates which are also included ☺️

I like it. Good accommodation. Booked a villa. Comfortable stay, clean. The staff took very good care of me. The house is beautiful. There is a private corner to sit and talk and eat... The breakfast is great..👍 And probably come to stay again.
