The hotel is very old, with old carpets and an old, damp smell. The rooms are very old and neglected. The food was very limited in variety and of poor quality. It has nothing of a resort. The stay was terrible, thank goodness it was only one night.

The experience at this hotel from the beginning has been terrible. Starting with the treatment, they put me in the last cabin and I asked for a change, their response was a dry NO. …

An unusual hotel, with individual houses surrounded by small lakes or ponds and vegetation. Ideal to relax from the trip.I had read very negative reviews. And for me it is not like that. Clean, in good condition, four-poster and comfortable bed, good air conditioning, refrigerator, water, coffee maker, large TV, wifi... It's very good. Dinner was a buffet and very delicious, two types of meat, a fish, vegetables, rice, spaghetti, sauces, etc. Fast service. A small 30 bath water bottle. We requested a massage (normal) in the room and it was wonderful, they left my back feeling great, very professional.

I didn't like it at all. The room smelled of humidity and had insects, normal for its natural environment. The staff does not speak English and it is difficult to make them understand you.The worst was the food, little variety and very low quality, expensive price.

Decadent structure, potentially very beautiful but let go, rooms with torn curtains, poor cleanliness of both the rooms and other environments, Wi-Fi in theory expected but not working

Terrible experience as I found a huge dead cockroach on the nightstand next to the bed, and that says it all.Furthermore, the bathroom is very questionable with a completely ruined tub and a toilet with a cracked seat and hair stuck in the cracks.I only had to sleep there one night (luckily) but to say I slept is a misnomer.Bed that probably has the same comfort as the floor. Finally, breakfast and dinner were quite poor.

Old room, smells of anise, full of bugs... I don't know where the 4 stars come from, because it is outrageous to sleep in a hotel like that.In addition, there is hardly any light in the room, nor a variety of breakfast or dinner.

Definitely not a “four star hotel”, unless you count mold on the walls, centipedes crawling out of assorted drains, mosquito-filled mini-canals, and wildly unfriendly staff as being luxurious. It’s just kind of a dump, though the rooms are spacious.
