We stayed in a family room, which consists of 2 connecting rooms and a kind of small living room in the middle, located on the top floor, and in which a very annoying noise like machinery on the ceiling could be heard day and night.They no longer give free snacks in the rooms, only water.Quite dry staff, nothing to do with typical Thai friendliness.

The hotel is nice and perfect for families with young kids.- the room are good. We requested for an extra bed for kid and they provided it. Although the mattress was big hard- there is a small water park in the hotel that's a great advantage for kids to have fun in case you are staying in hotel and not going outside-Swimming pool is very small and minus points from my side as sitting couches are limited- Breakfast was good- staff was helpful and smiling-many restaurants nearby-we choiced deluxe room in which you have jacuzzi in the balcony

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were faced with an unacceptable level of cleanliness. The sheets were stained with yellow marks, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer decent accommodation.We had requested a baby cot well in advance and were assured it would be available. Not only was it never provided, but the solution offered by the hotel was shocking: they just put some blankets on the floor for our baby to sleep on. This is unheard of!The pool was also unusable. All the sun loungers were either in the water or non-existent. It was impossible to sit by the pool and enjoy the sun, forcing us to stay in the water the entire time. An extremely frustrating situation.The only positive aspect of this hotel is the Kids Club, which is small but well-equipped. Unfortunately, even that was marred by poor management. The person in charge of the club was not adequately trained. My child got hurt by falling and hitting their mouth on a table. There was a lot of bleeding, and the staff member did nothing. I had to insist that she go and get some ice. This clearly shows a lack of competence and responsiveness.To top it all off, at the end of our stay, we were asked to pay for the bottles of water that were provided in the welcome tray, which were supposed to be complimentary. This was simply outrageous.In summary, this hotel is far from meeting expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families with young children.

This Hotel is Ultimate and Awesome….First the staff r very friendly and helpful…Next they have a wonderful swimming pool mainly for kids with water slides…Next the rooms are excellent neat and clean with balcony….Next it’s very near to beach , restaurants , tourism activities , bike rentals , etc…Breakfast food is dam good with more varieties, but no major Indian Cuisine…With closed eyes u can book the Hotel.Thanks a lot Owner for ur Staffs wonderful Reception and Care.

A young employee helped her find it.will access the service Next time for sureI would like to recommend taking care of the floor on the 2nd floor in front of the water park. Water fromChildren play in the water, which makes the floor slippery. Many children slip and fall. Dangerous for young children. I really like running.

It is a 4 star mentioned on the google but definitely not a 4 star hotel you will get a welcome drink. Rooms are small and bathroom are have weird smells may be because have rainy season there in the mid july. But good for families who have kids because here have kids friendly water slides go have great fun for kids. Staffs are very good and kind.

Lovely place nice staffs.Location is gem. Near the night market .Rent a bike,laundry services,booking island hopping tours.all in house. They have nice Jacuzzi Rooms. Rent nominal.Ample of space for kids to play.

Location is great. Walkable to the closest swimmable beach which is Ao Nang Beach.Rooms? Not so great. I went with my small family with 2 young kids of 5 years old and 4 month old baby and also with my sister. The smell of the room was HORRIBLE. It smells extremely damp. However my sister’s room smells nice. But her bathroom’s smell… oh my god. Disgusting. Smells like a sewage plant 🤮 Floors are also super sticky. I think the humidity was crazy.Also, they didn’t have night light for my room. My sister has one. I wanted one because i have a 4 month old baby that needs night nursing. Reception said no. So yeah, inconsistent room features and service could be better.You can tell the hotel is pretty old by the looks of it. But the room was quite clean. I did a wipe down on the surfaces with wet wipes and got no dirty marks, so cleanliness was super.

Receptionist very good, amazing service! The kids enjoyed the pool, slide and kids club. You can take a rest in their meeting room with complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting for check in. Good location, walking distance with my kids where I can find halal food. There are lots of tuk tuk available in front of the hotel.

Good resort in An-nong krabi. The staff is generous and quick responding for all the queries and help. The swimming pool is clean and maintained well, free snacks are provided with variety of bakery products and biscuits. Small water park and kids play area dedicated to kids. Good and well equipped gym is available at the stay. Overall a very good experience. Rooms space is the only concern.
