We loved our stay at the Ama Maesalong. It was everything we look for in Thai hotels: good value, AC, a big comfortable bed, outdoor seating areas, clean and amazing views. Cute room, clean, good atmosphere.The breakfast was very good, very delicious. Phil felt like eating at a friend's house and the friend's mother made it for us. It's not like the breakfast included in the general room price. The owner is very cute. Very sad, wanted to stay another night

The room is very good, clean, new, delicious breakfast, there is Netflix to watch as well, close to 7-Eleven on the mountain, easy to walk and buy things. Overall good, have a chance to come again 👍

Tucked away right in the central point of the main road, and very close by 7-11, food and stuff, this is a very neat & clean hotel, with good blinders, aircon, and comfortable bed(which are extremely important for a good night's sleep as one can imagine). Overall, this place should get a 5 star rating.But what makes it (4 star and) uncomfortable is the fact that there is no small refrigerator in the room, which is so very important for people wanting to stick milk (perishable), water, yoghurt and other items that need to be at a hand's length and not a flight of stairs down and a flight of stairs up, in the lobby. This really sticks out like a sore thumb, especially when the weather is too hot.Then there are the really noisy people in adjacent rooms who keep banging doors and talking loudly. In addition to the noises of big bikes passing by, as it is near the road.Lots of room to keep stuff given a very long table that extends from one end of the room to the other, although it feels a bit like a co-working space (perhaps it is because we stayed in a twin room with 2 big beds).Strangely, there is no body wash in the toilet but there is shampoo. Wonder what the logic could be?Anyways, good for families and couples, due to the many plus points. Could be awesome with a refrigerator in the room!!

This is the best stay I had in Thailand, and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at my whole life. We booked a room without a balcony for $38 USD, and they ended up upgrading us in 20E Deluxe Room with a Balcony. The room itself is modern and beautiful, but the view outside is absolutely stunning. Everything is very clean, and the room is very spacious. My husband and I woke up early to lay out on the balcony to watch the sunrise, and then we headed down for a refreshing and filling breakfast. There is also a very cute and friendly dog and cat that live on the premise, and I had a lot of fun petting them. They spared no expenses on their guest and it shows. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat if I’m ever in Mae Salong again.

What a gem!We stayed two nights here and absolutely loved it.The room was amazingly clean, comfy bed, lovely shower, and those views!The fact you have two balconies makes it so unique. We spent time up on the top floor doing yoga and chilling on the mat and cushions... Ideal!There is a 7/11 across the road, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.The family are so welcoming and very helpful, and the breakfast is a feast!...we hardly ate for the rest of the day, we were that full 😋It's Vegetarian friendly too.I would definitelyrecommend staying here, and look forward to returning next year.

Went to stay on 24/11/66. The rooms are very cutely designed and very clean. Breakfast is Yunnan food, very delicious. The owner makes it fresh. We thought there would only be food to choose from, but that's what we got: bread, soybean milk, and coffee served with hot tea. I am very impressed. The owner loves cleanliness very much. If you have a chance to come to Mae Salong Will come to stay here again. I'm extremely impressed.

Came to stay because it's close to the temple, market, and 7-Eleven.Didn't expect anything But what I got was a view. And wonderful food, Yunnan noodles and rice porridge, along with 3 dishes in the set. Comfortable rooms, complete equipment, hot water, hair dryer, kettle, parking.

Overall, the accommodation is ok, clean, looks new, breakfast is included, but parking is cramped and limited. The room we booked is below. At the end of the corner next to the wall, you can see the mountain view. In the morning, the photos were very beautiful.

Grandma made a very delicious breakfast. Everything was delicious, especially the Yunnan noodles. The soup was very fragrant. I've never eaten anything as delicious as this. If I have a chance, I'll go stay again. The rooms are very well organized.

New accommodation, clean, the owner is very cute. Take good care of it. Quiet accommodation The room we stayed in (E20) has a mezzanine for you to sit and chill. The view is very good, you can clearly see the sunrise. The room we stayed in cost 1,200 baht. There are 3 types of breakfast available. We choose to eat porridge. As for the bread, it's excellent. Very delicious.

The location is very good. Located in the heart of the city, near the fresh market, 7-11 and Yunnan noodles. You can reach a famous restaurant by walking and chilling. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very delicious. The employee provided good service.
