Stay while going to see a concert at the edge of Na Paet Riu. Price 450-500, like a dormitory, can sleep, close to the venue, has air conditioning, TV, complete refrigerator, good water pressure, no elevator.

Uncle man doesn't speak well. We reserved more than 10 rooms. They refused to return our deposit. Because a friend took the key to only one room But Uncle will not return the entire deposit. Not as agreed at all. Recently, when we reviewed the true story He called us again. I'm very confused. We can't accept the truth. We are customers. Should have received better service than this. Plus there wasn't a word of apology from Uncle.

Got a room on the 3rd floor at the end, if I'm not mistaken, 307.Pros: Big, clean, strong water, refrigerator, big closet. There is a desk and chair to work.Cons: The door latch inside the bathroom is about to fall off. There was no lock in front of the bathroom so the door was always ajar. A lizard in the bathroom ran into the bedroom. There was no glass of water, thin blankets, turning off the air conditioner and covering the blankets was still too cold. There are a lot of dogs in the hotel, barking loudly at 10:00 p.m., 2:00 a.m., 4th floor rooms, dragging chairs loudly, and the next room turns on the TV loudly, sounds coming in from every direction. The room is not soundproof.But overall, excellent, worth the price.

Came to stay for the 4th time. I like the clean accommodation. Uncle and aunt provide friendly service. The bed was big and very comfortable. Next time will come to stay again.

As a salesman, I have been staying here regularly for many years. Coincidentally, the room where I had the fan was noisy. I'm just informing you that the fan is loud, that's all, so that the hotel can improve so that there will be more customers..But the old man said I'm not a fan technician. Come tell me why the air conditioner still works, just use it first. Oh!!! I didn't tell my uncle and I told someone. Talk and don't treat customers at all. I am a sales person and have been staying here for 4 years now without changing my accommodation at all. Let me tell you that at SP. everything is OK. Both the price and the location and parking are both checkpoints behind and behind. At this price level, which is not very high.. As for the matter that says there is dog and cat hair, I dare to guarantee that I have allergies.. but I have no symptoms from staying here.. the room is clean.. (Stay 15-16 Sep. 2023) Uncle Man's service is very poor.Worst No. 1. Knocked on the door very loudly. Just asking if the housekeeper will come to make the room. Knock repeatedly until it opens. Let's talk in front of the building. What was it first!!?? I'm here to pay for the hotel. Didn't come to stay in the boarding school dormitory. And do it like your own accommodation has a guest room. How can you say that?" Uncle wouldn't let me go up. If you want to talk, let's talk downstairs!" Oh..and the room doesn't have a lobby. There are only dogs and cats sleeping in front of the building. That this is a hotel, not a school dormitory or condominium.Bad thing 3. The uncle asked the guests what time they would leave for work? wait a minute! consciousness! Good accommodation, clean, not far, spacious room, bright lights in the room, has a desk to sit and work at. There is a back porch, near the market, 7-Eleven, 20 shops, lots of things to choose from. There is an a la carte noodle restaurant in front of the alley, just a short walk away. There is parking both in front and behind. The owner provides good service. Cheap and economical. Advice on exterior lighting. Change to LED bulbs or bright solar cell lights to save money on the table in front of the glass and behind the refrigerator. Clean but looks old and has scratches like it's dirty but really clean. Just looking for a veil looks good.

Arrived at the accommodation at 8:00 p.m. without a reservation, but there was a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed. The air conditioner doesn't have to be turned on, the air is just cool, there is a fan provided. The parking lot in front is full, but the back of the hotel is still empty, which is considered OK.
