Myself and my friend went last December. We found this place by accident and it was so amazing. The staff went above and beyond for the guests and the breakfast was fabulous! I would definitely go back there when visiting koh mook

The place is very peaceful, overlooking the sea with a great view. The rooms are also nice with an outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommended

There are a lot of dogs, the bedroom has no TV, but the air conditioner is very cool, the atmosphere is quiet, 95% are foreigners staying.

The whole island was overrun with dogs, ACCORDING TO THE HOSPITAL, PEOPLE WERE BITED BY DOGS DAILY, INCLUDING MY GIRLFRIEND. AT OUR RESORT THERE WERE ABOUT 20 dogs there AT BREAKFAST so never go there but if you want rabies shots I recommend Koh Mook

Expensive, very expensive. The rooms are falling apart, the bathroom is about to collapse. Full of wild dogs that destroyed our slippers by leaving them outside at night. The staff edge. And above all, the beaches of this island are full of plastics and dead corals. I do not recommend visiting it. And much less come to continue increasing the amount of garbage, making your stay anything but responsible tourism, zero enpathy on the part of any of the people we meet.

I don't understand how people can come to Koh Mook and feel good...I compare the island to hell, beaches full of plastic, local people burning mountains of plastic every morning and afternoon, environmental crisis!!!I came here blindly and I totally regret it.Please if you are looking to relax on a very important island paradise!! Change your way of thinking, generate less waste... everything goes to the sea and then people bathe in garbage and eat fish with microplastics!It is a reality that nobody counts!Koh Mook Resort is garbage, people without desire to work, dirty place and full of bloody dogs!

Pros : They got a nice atmosphere here. And the pool was so good.Cons : The foods price are really high than the quality and portion. We ate like 3 dishes of food and the prices are around 1000THB that’s too much. I preferred the nearby restaurant name “Dada restaurant ”. They served you a good quality foods and fair price than this hotel. And the room are so old. Too much dogs in this place. I mean it. It’s too much. And breakfast was terrible.

I think that even the one * that has to be given is too much for the resort here..The access road to the resort (disaster), but one would still forgive that..Rooms at the resort: smell, dirt... well, in short, disgust... (the sheets were definitely not clean, washed)There were several dogs and lots of puppies running around the resort, some were chained and others were running free and fighting with each other all night long.. of course all malnourished and flea-ridden..We were forced to stay here one night due to the fact that the ferry was no longer running..It was literally a night of horror.Never again and definitely NOT recommend!!

As someone already wrote here, it is better to sleep under the stars.. The huts are slowly decaying, inside there is a terrible stench and mustiness, unfortunately also dirt. Orange water flows from the faucets, the bedclothes are dirty (probably from blood). This resort really doesn't match the price. We spent one night there and that was enough, we returned to Lanta the next day. It was impossible to sleep here at night, wild dogs ran everywhere and fought with each other, so howling and barking not only during the day but especially at night. The pool inside is green along the walls.. And I'm not talking about the access road to the resort, where you will have death in your eyes before the local tuktuk takes you there. The only thing I praise is the willingness of the staff at the reception. Bad experience, waste of money, wouldn't go back.

Avoid the arch, the worst resort I've experienced in Thailand. Dirt, disgusting!! The resort is full of wild dogs, as I'm an animal lover, this was really too much. I don't know what to write, but for me it was the worst night in my life. The photos really do not correspond to reality!!!

The photos taken on Agoda are not like the actual rooms. The actual room is in a very old condition. Walking into the room, our feet were black and the room was dirty. There was a male worker who took off his shirt and looked around in front of the room. I felt unsafe so I didn't sleep.
