This was brilliant! Loved it here. It's in a perfect spot on the island, has a brilliant and big pool and the rooms are great - simple, but big and comfy. I went to the posh hotel on the island and the facilities are basically the same. This is far better and great value!

The advantages of this resort:- Very comfortable and very clean rooms;- Kindness of staff;- Magnificent swimming pool;- Location ;Improvement points :- The access bridge to the resort absolutely needs to be renovated (see photos in other reviews);- No storage in the room, no shelf to take 2 or 3 t-shirts out of your suitcase;- The buffet breakfast is minimalist; the eggs and bacon are cold and therefore inedible;- Deckchairs without cushions are particularly uncomfortable and you can't really enjoy the beautiful pool area for long;- Dogs that bark night and day;Regardless of the hotel, we found the island to be very dirty: lots of stray dogs hanging around the hotels and restaurants, lots of children with lice, we were bitten by sand flies near the pier " and there are piles of rubbish on every street corner... if you are sensitive to hygiene and cleanliness, I do not recommend Koh Mook...

The location of the facility is fine. It's located on the "beach", but you can't swim there. There is a pool and you can walk to a beautiful beach in about 30 minutes and the “downtown” in about 15 minutes.The service and the staff were great in terms of cleanliness and helpfulness.The rooms serve their purpose, are relatively large and clean.

For a 2 star hotel this is 5 stars! The service here was excellent! They organized tour and transfers for us and they worked perfectly. The hotel is basic with a pool but that was what we expected. The hotel is a little far from the main area with restaurants but getting a taxi (tuk tuk) was so fast, easy and cheap (50 baht pp) that it really didn’t matter. Would definitely stay here again.When you’re on the island seeing the emerald cave is a must do. Do yourself a favour and get there at 8am or earlier and you’ll have it to yourself before the tour groups get there. It’s really special. Also if you leave the cave before 9am the ranger isn’t there so you don’t pay the 200 baht fee (but you didn’t hear that from me 😉)

Impressed since booking in advance through the page.*Khun Tan* is a very good advisor to the page. Good recommendations for everything including boat trips and various services. Arriving at the accommodation, we were impressed with the services of the place. All the staff are lovely, the service is very good. Come visit Koh Mook and stay at Koh Mook The Sun Grace. You definitely won't be disappointed. The most beautiful in Thailand.

I regret to say that my experience at this resort was deeply disappointing. Firstly, the only access to our accommodation was across two narrow planks, one of which was broken in half, posing a dangerous crossing over a 2-meter deep ditch.Many dogs here Barking 2h in the night and every Morning. Internet is so bad, you can’t use.The surroundings were littered with garbage, detracting significantly from the scenic location. Additionally, due to the tides occurring twice in 24 hours, we were often unable to see the sea. Instead, we were greeted with unsightly debris in front of our accommodation.The food quality ranged from bad to very bad. It was noticeable that very few guests chose to eat their breakfast here.Although motor scooters were available for rent, the one we used was dangerously lacking in road safety. A faulty stand caused an injury to my leg.We attempted to leave the resort early due to these conditions but were met with refusal for any room refund. We are currently in communication with Booking regarding this issue.On a positive note, the staff were friendly the Room is okay. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Everything fine, very friendly service, all wishes fullfilled, quiet surroundings, nice landsacape with seaview. Owner family is very friendly and always helpful. No direct swimming from off the beach but Charlie Beach is a 10 minutes walk :) My recommandations!

The lady on the front is very friendly and helpful.We stayed here 1 night but could have spent more time, lovely island. Like the others have said, the location is slightly further but not a problem, they'll rent scooters and can help you get a tuktuk if needed.We walked from the pier and it was about 25 min walk, if you're up for an exercise :) the rooms are very spacious, some improvements going around which is good to see. Swimming pool is amazing for swimming.Highly recommended!

It’s difficult to objectively assess this place. It’s basically really poor - the garden is non existent, trash in the alleys, poor breakfast options (when little guests you can choose from menu, little portions and not so tasty), it’s at the beach but you can’t swim there aeven if the tide is high. The pool is ok but there’s something in the water that makes your lips weirdly swollen and sweet, not sure what’s the chemicals. On the other hand, this is relatively cheap place - so our expectations were lower, the staff is extremely nice and the rooms are clean (there are bugs and ants, but they use steong raids to remove them). Nice restaurants nearby.

We stayed for two days from 01/08/23, great care from the staff, clean and comfortable. A place for the evening and to sleep, there is no beach, so it is suitable for those who are going on various excursions, etc., the pool is good, but during the day the silence can be disturbed by work opposite, but not every time.
