Beautiful views from the room and pool. The hotel is clean, but it is showing its age and it seems that time has not served it. Very nice service. Breakfast was good. Higher floors require little physical fitness to get up the stairs ;) I recommend it

The rooms are located on a hill. The problem is that to reach those at the top, there are around 300 steps. This is absolutely not mentioned at the time of booking. The entire structure has an old appearance, especially the common areas. The staff, except for the reception, are not friendly at all.Air conditioner shorted and despite the report, it was not repaired. From 9pm, there is literally no one at the facility who can respond to requests or resolve any unexpected issues. The "private beach" does not exist, the swimming pool has a quantity of chlorine that makes your eyes and skin burn.360 euros for a double room for 3 nights, which we took because there was no other place on the island.Shameful

Unfortunately the hotel was hardly visited. But of course it was also very quiet. Yes, it's getting a little old here and there, but not too bad. The bathroom was good and the rooms were always made up to perfection. There is good air conditioning, a fan and a fridge. Hot water works perfectly. The best thing is of course the sensational view. As I said, since there were hardly any guests on site, the buffet at breakfast was rather slimmed down, but if you asked for fruit or something like that, you always got everything. You walk along the beach for a few minutes and you'll see a dreamy beach straight out of a picture book. Then the reef to snorkel. By the way, you are either taken directly to the hotel by speedboat or you have to get off at the pier, 2.5km away, and then change to a long-tail boat. But you don't have to walk along the beach with all your luggage. At the hotel, the staff also carries it to the room.

Been here before. Today again price/performance unbeatable. I'd love to come back, maybe a little longer.

Lovely resort best recognised for viewpoint swimming pool and perhaps all rooms with beatiful view, but quite old (no electric slots near beds nor table with mirror) only next to fridge. Also last resort on Koh Ngai and quite far from everything. If you get price less than 50 EUR per night it is good deal as included breakfast is quite good. Staff at reception also quite nice.

Clean rooms, some very tasteful antique furniture in the lobby, beautiful resort and lots of stairs - but they're all worth it: you can't get a better view on the island. You have a view of Koh Mook and next door is pure jungle.During low tide the sea cannot be used, which is why guests stay in the pool area during this time. You can't take your eyes off the view. And if you do, you can expect extremely friendly staff and very good food at the pool bar.

Great view from rooms and pool-area, but 230 stairs to the top, good cardio-exercise therefore. But staff carries your luggage. Restaurant was ok, breakfast also ok except the thin coffee. I would go again there.
