Where TRANSPARENCY is not at home. We booked in January 2024 to spend a few days here in August, but once we arrived we discovered that the Reef is closed for the low season. Among other things, the day before arrival they wrote to us that they would be waiting for us to check in, without informing us that, in fact, they were closed and that another department next door would host us. If the Reef had been more transparent we would have made different considerations, given that we were forced to stay in a resort not chosen by us and to eat in the only restaurant open. Jack who was supposed to have the missing owner call us!

As I am flying home today, this is the place I will miss the most! Travelling to Ko Kradan and staying at the reef resort was the best part of the trip! The island is magical and we felt like in heaven. We loved the resort and the atmosphere there: everyone was so relaxed, layed back, very kind and helpful and it felt like a little family. The room is clean, we had air conditioning and the shower is outside *.* the resort hast stand up paddle and kajak for free and the free breakfast was fabulous: fried vegetables, scrambled egg, rice, fresh juice

The resort is very simple. The rooms are very small and functional, everything is clean, and the air conditioning is pleasantly quiet. The bathroom is practically completely outside. The shower is outside, as there is no door from the shower to the bathroom, the whole area is open to all animals, and the air there is very humid and stuffy. The rooms are not comfortable. There is also a slight smell from the drain. The location is fantastic, and the pool is nice too. However, the area around the pool could use some renovation; the floor and the outdoor showers by the pool are in poor condition.The service from all the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very simple but sufficient. The dishes in the restaurant have all been delicious. The arrival/departure and onward journey were well organized for us.

It is a very quiet beach, isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rich nature remains, and there is nothing flashy like a standard beach resort.The guests are 60% European and 40% Thai. There was no Japanese other than me. There were some people staying alone, but it's a place where you can spend a comfortable time alone. Everyone is enjoying their time.Sea kayaks and SUPs can be used free of charge. Snorkels and beach bags will be lent to you at check-in. At the beach, there is a snorkel point if you go to the other side of the rope, so there is no need to join a tour. The other side of the rope is a coral reef area, so it is strictly prohibited to set your feet on it.However, if you are looking for a sophisticated luxury resort, I think other islands are better.

Very friendly staff with a service-oriented attitude, who assisted us with any endeavour. Big Thanks to Genta, Jack and the team for your great support!The location of the resort is great and the room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Restaurant menu is slightly limited but the food was delicious and breakfast was good.The resort was especially popular with families with kids.

Very nice place to stay. Good facilities comparing to the price and the location (island). The staff are super friendly with 100% service mind.The big tree at the beach makes sitting there all day possible during the hottest month. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel!Food choices are limited on the menu but everything I tasted is good!

The room had a comfortable bed and good wifi. The breakfast was fine. The location is a 600-meter walk along the beach from the pier. They have a man and a cart to handle your bags. I did not like the bathroom and shower as this was open with no ceiling covering the shower. There is no water heater unit in the shower. It is located on the outside wall of the unit, so one can not adjust settings.

I recently had an amazing stay at Reef Resort in Kradan Beach. The food was exceptional, especially the fresh seafood. The staff, particularly Sao, our waitress, were incredibly attentive and friendly. The availability of kayaks and snorkeling equipment made exploring the stunning coral and diverse marine life right in front of the resort a highlight. The atmosphere, from morning to night, was fantastic, complemented by breathtaking sunrises and the most beautiful sunset I've ever witnessed at Sunset Beach, just a short 20-minute walk away. A truly unforgettable experience.

The accommodation is sufficient. The room decoration style looks good. As for the price, it's a little high. But the place to stay is quite quiet with a total of 18 rooms. The staff are good and lovely. The food garden is quite delicious. The resort has boats for paddling. The water is very beautiful and clear and there are coral reefs for you to go snorkeling with. One good thing is that the balcony in front of the room is quite close together, so it might not be very private when sitting on the balcony in front of the room. Other than that, it's OK. It seems that there should be something in the room. TV as well for this price

I ate here several days in a row at the restaurant. Delicious dishes, professional service - very friendly and kind. I came here especially from another resort where I stayed to eat well and spend time in Reef. I highly recommend it!!

This place is at the top of my list of resorts and beaches I've visited, anywhere in the world. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was included and lunch and dinner was available as well as snacks and refreshments. The island has other restaurants too with Thai and Western menu items. There's a massage place at the resort. One of my favorite features is the snorkeling, which is amazing.The gear is provided at no charge. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible.
