Wish I could give them negative star.. Please don't expect any cooperation from this hotel..we were three females and we booked the hotel but we did mistake in date for just 12 hours.. We requested multiple times to adjust us for just 10 hours for which we have paid 1223 TBH but they denied and at 1:00 am in the night we were bound to spend night at feul pump and when Agoda asked for money.. They denied.. Irrespective of the fact that they told on call that they had room and for that only we booked in emergency

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Me and my family feel like we are treated like a family during our stay there. Staff are very friendly especially Ms Onta. She give us some recommendations what to do there since this is our 3rd visit to krabi, we prefer visit to local places. Surely will come and stay at this hotel again.

bad services!!! booked with agoda and already paid. but on the night we arrived, we're unable to check in because there is no one staff at all at the lobby. How come you leave your customers to sleep while there is actually no one to look after in the hotel if emergency happen? I'd informed staff that we will arrive in late midnight but when arrive, the door is not locked no staff and no electricity on downstairs. i have to booked another hotel that night, report to agoda, but they said we already check in at 10pm to 3a.m?? this hotel were lied and scam me. i would not recommend at all.

Best place to relax and unwind. Near laundry, 7-11 and muslim restaurant. Away from main road almost no noise. Sink in to morning birds chirping and chickens cawing sounds. Parking available too. Beauty morning sun rise.

Unnecessarily lengthy check in talk. I understood the no smoking policy the 1st time around. There was no need to repeat it thrice more. Other than that, I’m satisfied with my choice. Great value for money. Great location close to everything in Ao Nang. Cute little pool on the ground floor to cool off. My favorite part was the generous free upgrade from Deluxe to King Suite Room. What a pleasant, pleasant surprise. Thank you.

It's some distance from the beach, the breakfast is delicious, the service staff is friendly, and the boat noodles next to the street are delicious. Supermarkets are also nearby.

Small, friendly hotel 2 minutes from the main street, far from the noise! Nice neighborhood with mountain view from the room! Located 20 minutes walk from Ao Nang beach. The rooms are very beautiful, warm and comfortable! Small swimming pool to cool off! The breakfast is extra and varied! The staff is attentive, very friendly! A night market is a 5-minute walk away! Perfect!

Loved our stay at Lario, we missed our flight and the staff was very understanding about our delay and had everything ready when we came over, the front reception were very professional, spoke English really well and also has a bike renting option.The rooms were pretty great for the value and the hotel is nearby to almost everything in town, the night markets and the beach. Had a great time! The staff was also kind enough to book us a van for our airport departure at 5am in the morning sharp.

FLEE THIS MOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!I am taking the trouble to write you my experience in this establishment (which has the criteria of a motel and not even a hotel) so that you will not have to lose your peace and your money!Dirty room that stinks of the smell of sewers very strongly, dirty linen and never changed (lots of dirt stains in the pillow and sheets).We stayed 10 days and they never cleaned the room unless you asked them (I think twice), and the time the cleaning lady came home she stole my husband's AirPods (value of +$200) , and when we asked by showing the location of the AirPods to the receptionist the only response we got was (check again in the room) with an aggressive tone!!!If you take our room (403) be prepared to spend your entire stay in the smell of sewers.Ultimately the only positive point is the kindness of the young receptionist.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and after arriving in the late afternoon we were informed that they didn't have any of our 2 rooms available!! Without any notice!!Instead of professionals!!They put us in supposedly better rooms, far apart from each other (no better than the ones we'd normally booked) and didn't go out of their way to please us since it wasn't our fault.Tragic!!We will never go again.

The place was quiet, tucked away close to the end of the street, which meant we were able to get a peaceful sleep and still be near the main road where we can buy food and get transport. The room was clean and provided with complimentary tea, coffee and water. There was also a mini fridge to store any food and water. The staff was super useful! We were able to do our laundry, rent a moped and book taxi to the airport, and at times, they cleaned our room since we had a long stay at the accommodation. As mentioned, the location was close to restaurants, 7/11 and massage spas, which only a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Overall, highly recommended stay in Ao Nang, Krabi!

It was a quiet dainty hotel with the most LOVELY helpful and smiling staff!Love the plunge pool and the cute hotel decor.The rooms are small but pretty, stay only if you have less luggage!And I love the staff and hospitality!Cute budget place !!

Room was dirty. Musty smell, moldy grout lines, dusty, lots of wear marks on walls. Was also very small, almost claustrophobic. Room did not look nearly as nice as photos.On the plus side, the location is good and on a quiet street.

Run away if you don't want the trip to be ruined and the hotel dumped. If you've made a reservation and made a deposit, you can get dumped. Must be here. Very little responsibility The solution is very poor. I don't want to get a headache. You can avoid it.
