One extra star for the hotel for the location - Koh Kradan is an almost deserted island, if you want to snorkel, kayak and lie on the beach almost in solitude, this is the perfect place. The hotel's service is nice, you can rent a kayak and a snorkeling set for an additional fee (in the hotel next door, everything is included in the room price). Nice room, air-conditioned, atmospheric, spacious, quite clean. Sun loungers are available on the beach for hotel residents.

Very bad, don't come stay at the old accommodation, 8,700 per night. I stayed 3 nights, but what I received was a lot of lizard poop. There were rats in the bathroom.There are not many breakfasts, there are many people, there are not enough plates, bowls, drinking glasses, and chairs. Notifying the staff does not help. You have to stand and eat and bring your own chair. There are a lot of flies, coffee cups are not clean.I would like to recommend that you stay at Mali Kradan. It's newer, good service, clean, and most importantly, the price is better.

We were extremely excited about this resort, but unfortunately we were sorely disappointed when we arrived. The rooms left a lot to be desired: they were extremely dirty, full of rust, and there wasn't even a telephone to contact reception. The walls were so thin that we could hear every noise from our Chinese neighbors, including their two toddlers, late into the night. But the worst was yet to come: We had to fight bed bugs for three nights, which resulted in bites and sometimes skin rashes.Breakfast was another disappointment and would put even a 4 star hotel to shame. The selection was minimal, the bread from the previous day was hard and brittle, and only the breakfast eggs were halfway edible.Although the sea was nice and great for swimming, the resort otherwise left a lot to be desired. The loungers were dirty, the beach was littered with dead palm leaves, and there were a lot of jellyfish.Overall, I can only recommend this hotel to people who don't care about hygiene at all.

The long-established No. 1 hotel on Kradan Island. Satisfied with the location and service. Enjoy the luxury of doing nothing. Relax on the bed in front of the beach. As you walk along the shallow sea, you will see a tropical fish paradise. The staff is friendly and the quality is worthy of a 4-star hotel.

we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, water was so so clear with a greenish blue tint. We didn’t go on a separate boat to go snorkeling but still saw fish near the shore. We can such a lovely time, the bed was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was alright salads, eggs and pancakes were delicious. The sausages were a little bit dry but it’s okay since the other things made up for it.If you plan to order drinks from the bar the VIRGIN PINA COLADA is so good like amazingly delicious I had 3 of those. That’s all I have to say, would definitely recommend seven seas, stay for at least 2 nights because I feel like if you only stay for one you’re going to wish that you booked for more.xx

While we had a nice stay at Sevenseas Resort, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. This is in my view not in any way a 4 star resort - and not value for money when considering the price! I stayed 3 nights with 2 friends. The hotel is quite worn and could definitely need an update. The third bed in our the room was a mattress on the floor, and when we arrived there was no mosquito net covering this bed. This was however fixed on the second day after we alerted the reception, who also changed the showerhead as there was literally no water coming out of it. However, the interior of the room was simply not convenient in any way. It was mostly made up by a huge king size bed (very comfortable), but there was no place to put any stuff or your suitcase. The outdoor bathroom was almost the same size as the room, and here was put the wardrobe, but really, in such a humid heat, we had no wish to put our clothing out in the humid bathroom that was all the time swirling with insects. So really not a smart design of the rooms. We heard that the beachside villas are nicer and more updated, but would not know. The area of the hotel is indeed nice, right on the beautiful beach, you have an option to rent snorkeling equipment or kayaks/SUPs, and with plenty of sunbeds to lounge on. The restaurant was so-so, food was ok, but nothing special I'm afraid, and we ended up having our meals in restaurants in other resorts on the island. Lastly, while the staff were all very friendly, smiling and accommodating, the service level was quite off, it's like there was missing efficiency and management, as if each staff had his or her task, and they would never stray away from that. So for example, there could be dirty and empty dishes sitting on tables in the restaurant for extremely long, because the two waiters who were just standing looking at their phones clearly were not tasked with cleaning up tables, and the guy who did that was not there... There was also quite a wait to just get menus, as waiters were not really attentive. And in the morning, there was one filter coffee machine, extremely slow, for all those guests... So overall, while a nice hotel and beautiful surroundings, I was disappointed and would not call this a 4 star hotel. Service would have to be upped quite a bit to reach that level, and the rooms would need some upgrading.

There have been some pretty scathing reviews written about Seven Seas that I don't think are very fair. The staff were delightful and lovely and the room + bathroom had a wow factor to them when we walked in. The location is also wonderful with the beach the shortest of walks away even from the back set of rooms. The main cocktail server behind the bar really loves what he does and it was a joy to see such passion in him.That being said, we couldn't swim in the pool because it was so hot. That really needs to be sorted as a cool freshing dip in non-sea water is so welcomed from the heat.Unfortunately we have to agree with others that the breakfast is really very average. We paid $200 AUD a night for a room set back from the beach, and just did not expect such a poor breakfast for that amount. Both days the bacon and sausages were stone cold. The second day saw a little more variety in the steamed vegetables and that noodle salad dishes, however management really need to lift their game in the quality of their breakfast. The Chinese traveller is catered for with a dim sum selection for breakfast.Because of the poor quality of breakfast, we chose to spend our money for lunch and dinner at The Reef Resort 150 or so meters away (highly recommended).The bed was large and comfortable, as were the pillows - we had two really great sleeps which are highly prized experiences for us, so thank you Seven Seas.Overall, hopefully Seven Seas management either lifts their game in the quality of their breakfast, or drops their accommodation prices accordingly....

I gave 5 stars because I sincerely think that the three days in the hotels were amazing! But the hotel certainly has its downsides:- stunning beach, like in the Maldives. There is shade and you can hide in the hottest weather. There are enough sun loungers- Definitely the kitchen! The food is very tasty. The presentation is gorgeous. Breakfast includes delicious omelettes and pastries. Yes, prices are more expensive than on other islands and the mainland, but we are on an island with only 7 hotels)- Beautiful pool that heats up in the evening. But I don’t know what chemicals are added to the water, I usually don’t react to water, but here I was really itching after the pool- Very friendly staff. Always ready to helpAbout mosquitoes. I read it in other reviews. There are cracks in the frames, but I haven’t seen a single mosquito. By the way, they also sat outside for a long time in the evenings without repellents.Of the minuses, I would like to emphasize that after all, this is not 4)) not even close. This is a standard Thai triple in terms of the condition of the room, towels, and sun loungers. I don’t even want to describe it all. What's the point?!))) Therefore, you need to go without high expectations to the hotel. The price is definitely the same as in 4)) But the island is definitely worth it!!!!!So I will definitely come back here again! An ideal place to relax

The resort is 80% in the shade.The beach chairs are on what was once a sandy area that is completely dirty.The reception at the resort was very sober despite the reception drink. When we arrived we were informed of the departure conditions, 5 days later.The booked beach villa is completely in the shade and offers zero comfort. No space for 2 suitcases and their contents.Everything seemed very unclean and unloving to us, so we looked for other accommodation
