On reception there is no one usually and if you want something you should have to search her and also receptionist she scammed me . If someone want to know about scam how she take extra money from us do let me know..

It was the worst experience. Met a very bad employee. Poor service I stood and waited for almost an hour to call a staff member. I called and they didn't answer. The staff came out and scolded me very badly.

Very worst hotel ever I stayed in phukat patong the receptionist is very rude and have a bunch of attitude I think she doesn't like Indian and the have no facility it's full of worst tile are broken bathroom exust fan is like a helicopter seriously I asked about ketting she said we don't provide very rude way felt like to slap her.

The rooms are nice and clean, not bad. The lady at the reception, Michel, greets the very short party with friendly people. I was satisfied. It is a quiet place, there is not much music, and you can walk for 5-10 minutes within walking distance of the beach. I thanked all the staff.

Superb Hotel, very good location and superb price and above all the welcome and kindness of the girl at the reception, Micca!! She advises us well and takes great care of us, it's very rare that we are taken care of like that!!

I couldn’t stay there for 1 day … towels was not clean and room was noisy .. now view from window or balcony.. i found also cockroach was there .. they start knocking the door at 11:45 to do check out and several times before 12 clock which it’s check out time , I don’t recommended at all

I have never left a hotel review before but after staying here I feel compelled to warn others.First of all, from reading other bad reviews on this hotel, the hotel owner will probably call me a liar and say that I never stayed there.I feel like I got scammed. I paid 3200 THB per night for a room that I wouldn’t have paid 1000 if I knew better. You assume that prices are fair and you get what you pay for. Not the case here. Worst hotel ever.Dirty old grimy mattresses. Moldy bathrooms etc.Not sure why it’s called beach view. The only view any of the rooms have is of the street and buildings very close by.Also stayed two nights and my room was never cleaned. Had to go get clean towels myself.Absolutely no redeeming qualities. If you are paying more than $750 THB, look for something else. If you read the reviews, I would believe the bad ones and I’m sure some of not all of the good reviews are questionable. I’ve stayed In countless hotels in Thailand over a span of three months and this was by far the worst.

Dirty bed sheets, towels with holes. Hsk not doing the job properly. Dont book , stay away from this place as far as you can.
Rose is too sweet to work for a place like this.

I would never ever come again.I booked two days however after I checked in I have stayed only six hours and then I changed my hotel and they don’t do refund and they take insurance with 2000. But I was so glad to change it to a good hotel with the four stars.They gave for three type of keys. The reception close at 10 PM and they close all the doors after that. and then when you come back after 10 you want to go to your room you have to use the key but if you lose your key, you will not be able to get in the room so it’s not 24 hours services so it’s not hotel.The reason I booked in the hotel it was because of a high season and bucket and they were I couldn’t find a good hotel, but next time I would sleep in the street, but not in this hotel again

VERY UNWORTHY TO BE CALLED A HOTEL?? THE Inn ALSO IS NOT WORTH IT1. 4 floors no elevator (must climb stairs)2. no tv3 old rooms4. Our towels are a welcome mat5. no coffee no tea6. dark room7. Not a beach view, but only 1 person on the walls of the house and roof tiles8. super noisy9. cigarette smell from outside10. The size of the ladder is only enough for 1people really don't deserve to be called a hotel, not worth the price...if I already knew the place! Even 150 thousand rupiah is impossible for me to want to live hereI've been traveling around Thailand for 20 days, this is the worst hotel (boarding house) I've stayed in

I chose it because it was close to the beach and easy to access, and you can see the mountains from the balcony and the scenery is pretty. The staff are friendly and good value for money.

I have been waiting for almost an hour (with another customer) at reception, no one to come and welcome me.At 2 p.m. we had someone on the phone. I'll arrive in 20 minutes, 50 minutes later still no one, it's unacceptable.

Weird. Nobody to check you in. 2 numbers to call. No answer at either. Around 3pm a woman showed up and checked me in. Asked me to wait in non air conditioned lobby. 30 minutes later room was ready. Room actually pretty good but no Naidoo service. Told maid was off. Also lot's of noise outside door.
