The rooms are good, clean, the bathrooms are ok, the hotel is very clean. The only negative thing I have is that the staff's appearance is not very welcoming.

The room is spacious, has a lot of furniture, economical price, very good location at a small, quiet alley but close to Ratsada Road.I got a really spacious room with a lot of very convenient furniture, at an extremely good price. The hotel has a perfect location in a quiet alley just 300m from the main shopping venue, Th. Ratsada.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week. It was an okay experience in what room we got. Our room which was a corner room at the end of the hall.The room itself wsa very spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing BUT the issue lied in the bathroom. It was old and very dirty, there was also no door lock on the bathroom door. Which meant that the cold air just leaked in the bathroom.Another issue was the WiFi. It was very unconsistant, one moment it's there, then it's gone, then it's trying to connect, and then gone agian. A big issue for someone who works online.Upside, there's a laundry mat and a coffee shop on the ground floor.3/5 starsUpdate: My wife reminded me of few more things that happened,1. Some of the staff were sometimes a bit rude. Speaking in the local tongue, my wife could sort of make out their snarky remarks.2. The issues with crumbling furniture in our room. Some things were falling apart and our room even short-circuited on our first night there.Down to 2/5 stars

The water is not very strong, the cushion is hard, the staff is good. When going to a room with a full single bed, the staff gave a double bed for the same price as a single bed.
