What an amazing place! I just left the island and I was seriously the only foreigner there. I had the whole beach to myself! I’m here in July.The weather was ever changing which was exciting to watch. I got wet and burnt.The staff were exceptional. I really felt looked after by a team of very kind ladies who made vegan food for me each day.Absolute solitude. Stunning landscape. Paradise.

One of the best resort in Koh Ngai. Beautiful beach, restaurant right in front of white sandy beach. Speed boat service just beside the resort. Some restaurants & pubs are just a walking distance.

The air conditioner isn't cool, the food isn't delicious at all, the water is like bathing in the sea, it just takes a little bit of therapy, overall it's bad.

Only the location is good and it's close to the dive site.The old air conditioner is not cool.Water drips from the ceiling onto your head all the time.The bath water flows gently - very gently.1 broken light bulbThe bathroom door knob is broken and can't be locked.Dinner was just so-so. Some bowls of rice weren't even cooked inside. must request changeEmployees seem unwilling to provide service, speaking bluntly.It's like asking, the face doesn't welcome guests.Breakfast was not okay. There are few options. Still won't add much stuff.Run out of milk, walk and tell me to add some, the child will eat + brew, tell me, out of milk, no refill, 8.40, no refill, while closing breakfast at 10.00, what is it? Then keep all the cereal section.I was eating and didn't understand. Dragging the table and setting it up, the sound was very loud, dragging, rattling, squeaking.On the day we returned, the housekeeper was very diligent in knocking. Knocking too often We were on a tour with over 50 people, walking around and knocking at random. Anyone who wasn't there would come in and clean up. The agreed upon time was 11.30 to check out. It wasn't time to check out yet. Very confused.On the way back, the staff will tell you to quickly get on the boat and tell you that the tide is rising.Customers, please take your time. Hurry up. Everything.Definitely won't go back. Everything else is acceptable.Employees and care cannot be taken care of.I understand that it is an island. Beautiful, quiet setting with access to other Trang Islands. Buildings are older but clean; staff very helpful in organizing transportation by longtail boat, providing a fun experience and amazing views. Food is understandably more expensive than the mainland but very good, including vegetarian meals. Ocean swimming is harder at low tide (morning and night) but there's also a pool (although I wish it was open earlier and later for this reason).

Pros: nice location, conveniently close to pier, very friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel, good food at the restaurant, good market and small pharmacy corner, very clean exteriors, big pool.Cons: old outdated room, broken furniture, bad position of the AC on the terrace in front, dust and trash behind and near the sink, no fresh water in bathroom (salty) broken chairs on the beach, not enough shade, overall not good value for money.

Personally, the reception staff I don't know much about speaking and listening to English. There is no smiling when speaking or conversing. Many things need to be fixed. The employee booked the wrong boat ticket for me. And it will cause us to pay more than we used to pay. And the staff didn't have any apologies. I definitely won't go there again. #Poor service🤬👎🏻

I stayed both Thanya next door and this one. This one is inferior in nearly all aspect. Tap water is salty. Amateur service. Pool has no beach view. Construction going on with annoying noise. One restaurant waiter keep asking if we feel the food is delicious.I really do not want to write bad reviews considering the hard-working staff. But probably they need a better management.

Top locationVery quiet, only when the tourist boats come there is a little more activity for an hour, but otherwise it's great.Very pleasant in the evening and few people on the beach.Price in the restaurant a little higher than usual but okay.My tip is to book a room with a pool, it's worth it!
