Very bad, cheating customers on electricity bills. When protesting, he cursed at the customer. They claim that the electricity meter is broken. Even though the customer wrote down the electricity meter and took pictures as evidence, he continued to claim it.

Very rude to customers at 8:30 a.m. asking to check the room even though they are still sleeping and resting. It's very disturbing. Doing this shouldn't have opened a service like this at all.

This is the worst accommodation. I made the reservation using Agoda. I also paid through Agoda. I was told that I could not stay because I did not have a reservation.
