Called to reserve a room at 10 a.m. and was told there was a room available. Already notified of room reservation Name and phone number have been provided. I was informed that it would arrive a little later in the evening. It was agreed that everything was complete. We arrived at 8 p.m. and were told that the room was full. We were informed that we had already reserved. Take the room and let others say we didn't pay the deposit. Before hanging up the phone, why didn't you notify the customer? I can only inform you that the reservation has been completed.. Think about the two women who had to sit and call the room on Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. Everywhere was full. Let me tell you, I still don't want to give HS a single star. A lot😡😡

- Beautiful exterior Tidy and clean- Characteristics inside the room There are many amenities in the room, such as a TV, air conditioner, Wi-Fi, table, chairs, water heater, soap holder, and towel rack in the bathroom. Cloth hangers in the room, towels, blankets, soft pillows- Very good service, friendly, asking to borrow a bicycle. If there is anything left, you can request it.- Overall, very good.
