we lived in this place for 3 months, the owners were very nice, the air conditioner and TV were replaced with new ones. We haven't had any problems the whole time. Excellent value for money and quality. someday we will come back here again)

Great short or long term spot. A few roads away from the loud tourist area. Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, This place is fantastic. I have traveled all over Thailand and this is a great hotel/guest house establishment.

Such a nice and cozy place, avoiding the noise of the traffic but very closed to all the facilities and just 5 minutes driving from Patong beach.

A decent place for stay. The beach is roughly 10 min walking distance. It is also fairly close to popular restaurants, and the bangla night market. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the fifth floor so the stairs were a bit tiring but the mountain view rooms were amazing.
