Everything pretty old,but still ok.Apparently the price used to be 1000 baht,now 400 baht which seems fair.Pool not in operation and the fridge is one of the first ever made...lol!

400 Baht we paid. With that said this establishment is really nice location and the grounds are decent. Some of the rooms are little bungalows with fridge, TV and bed. I gave it a one star because bungalow room number 4 was deteriorating. If management would invest some money in refurbishing and upgrading the room and grounds it could get 4 stars. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the sheets and towels have been with the hotel since it opened. Oh, to have a bus pull up at 9pm and the families swimming until 12 was the icing on the cake. Spend your money elsewhere.
