In Nachaluai this is a great place to stay. The owner charged me THB 3500 per month as rent whereas THB 2000 was charged to security deposit. Which obviously will be refunded. The electricity is charged at THB 10 per unit and water is charged at THB 25 per unit.This unit is like a small villa, with a lounge, one bedroom, one washroom, one living room or drawing room. It’s well built, almost brand new. It has a decent car parking space and an outside kitchen.Everything is great here but the nearest 7 eleven is at least a km away. So make sure you have some sort of a ride otherwise you will be stranded and too many unfriendly dogs in the neighbourhood

A small blanket. The bed was large and the bathroom had very slippery tile floors when showering. There is no mosquito net in the bathroom. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom. There are too many mirrors in the room. It's hot. There should be another fan. There is no tissue paper for customers.

Beautiful house/room model, currently under construction (3/8/65), when finished you should be able to come and use the service.
