The room is very good. The room has very good soundproofing. The air conditioner is very cold. Stayed for 7 days and cleaned it every day. Just installed the air conditioner in my room and it's broken. So I upgraded a little. If the hotel adds air freshener or prepares one, that's the end of it. And wifi17 bounces too often. But this price is considered very good.

The room is small, stuffy, and there's no air in it. No windows, no balcony, afraid of wasting electricity. Always come to check the room. If he wasn't there, he came in and turned off the lights and turned off the air conditioner. He didn't leave for a long time and brought another car to park in front of the room. The room has no window. Broken air cleaner Therefore causing the room to have a musty smell. Bedsheets changed every day. Cleanliness is quite good. But the room is not soundproof. Heard the sound of snoring in the next room.

-Coming to stay for the first time, a friend who has stayed here recommended it. Stayed for 4 nights. The room has someone who cleans the room every day. Everything is fine. I slept very well.-There aren't any real windows. But I slept comfortably and didn't feel uncomfortable so I had privacy.-The outside noise can hardly be heard. The sound of the next room, if you don't talk very loudly, you can't hear.- The owner provides good service. Ask us if the bed, room, and bathroom are good. They will improve them further.-Inexpensive, can easily find food. Entering the city is convenient.-with the same or similar price Personally, I think this place is quite good.**If you come to Ubon and work near the city, this is one of the best hotels to stay in.😊😊

Affordable room If there is a festival or long holiday, the price will increase. The room is clean, the blankets and pillows are clean. But the floor is not very clean, acceptable. The bathroom water flow is a little slow. The shower is normal.

Parking in front of the room. There is a TV, 5 cu.ft. refrigerator, hot water, both double beds and single beds. There is free coffee to drink in the morning. The atmosphere is quiet. The owner is very friendly and polite. In the room there is a work desk with 2 chairs. The price is not expensive, very suitable for people who are salesmen. I have stayed here 4 times and come every 2 months.

Awesome. It's a beautiful, clean hotel near the city, shopping malls and Government offices such as cancer hospitals are not too expensive. 400฿ is a salesperson. Ask for a special price. Talk to the owner. The big man is kind. Recommend, you won't be disappointed in all respects.
