The room looks old. There were stains on the blanket and bedsheet. thin spring bed There were insects on the blanket. and tattered cloth The air conditioner is not very cool. The curtains are thin. visible from outside The bathroom floor has a lot of insects. There are a lot of lizards. There is no equipment in the room provided. There is no place to hang clothes. The towels are not clean, the water smells, not very clean at all. Public bathrooms are not clean, food is ok.

Nice hotel. Excellent rooms. Large complex, but still cozy. There are rooms directly on the pool. lovely spot on the Mun River not far from the confluence with the Mekong. Two rivers of different colors that slowly mix like two colors of paint. Not far from the restaurants on the Mekong. An ideal place for trips to Kaeng Tana and Pha Team National Parks. With breakfast on the river from THB 1000.

The room is ok, the view is beautiful, the bed is soft, the big bed is comfortable to sleep in, but the appliances in the room aren't as good as they are. It looks old. The air conditioner is cool. The accommodation room, but some rooms are not cool. The swimming pool is not very deep, which is good. The breakfast is ok. Sufficient. The food that is ordered to eat is delicious. But some things The accommodation room is clean. But the room where mother stays The bathroom smells a little bit. The room door was damaged.The overall look is within acceptable limits. Staff doesn't take care of customers. The room is reasonably clean. The bed sheet has holes, the mattress is hard, the bathroom door can't be closed. The bathroom does not separate the shower and toilet. Take a shower and the toilet is wet. Breakfast is ok. But I ordered egg pan and forgot to make it. Go do it for someone else instead. Parking is quite difficult.

Clean rooms, next to the river, very good atmosphere. There is a delicious breakfast. There are many rooms, meeting rooms, banquets, seminars, and a swimming pool.

**In terms of rooms**Rooms are not ready for occupancy. The water in the bathroom is very sticky and sour. I'm not sure if Colleen is confused or not. I'm stuck on the pillow. On the bed there were insect fragments. There was clear tape on the blanket that stuck to the feet. Then get into bed like this. The towels in room 29 were very smelly. There was a wavy area next to the dressing table in room 29. The water glass is not clean. Towels are not clean. Water flows in some rooms. The air conditioner is not good. (In some rooms) Side 11-20 smells very bad of cow dung. A very big lizard The room is very old. I don't know if the staff cleaned it or not. Or get it done. All of the above mentioned, I didn't check in early. Checked in at almost 9:00 p.m. Everything was broken and there was no technician 😡

It is a large resort with many rooms. The bathroom door can't be closed. The power won't cut off even if the key card is removed. If a customer forgets to turn off the lights and turn off the air conditioner, that's bad. Good food taste, good staff, fair cleanliness.
