I love this hotel, it is the second time we have come in two years with my partner and it is super quiet and beautiful. But the service since the first time we came has gotten much worse. We stayed 7 nights and the treatment was not good at all. Also at night it is very dark, no one from security is ever seen and it is really scary. It's a shame that such a nice hotel doesn't have the service it deserves. The workers seem to not want to work.

Rooms are awesome. We had the hot tub bungalow. Gorgeous views. Cabin style rooms. Restaurants are awesome and property is so big, fun for walks and exploring with young kids. Totally recommended!

This was THE BEST stay i had in Thailand in two weeks. They have thought everything through. De accomodation was nearby the city and they offered a free shuttle service. This was the cleanest and nicest place of all. The breakfast was amazing. 10/10!!!!! The pool was also the biggest i ever had.

We only visit the resort to check out for our next visit to krabbi, it looks a perfect place to relax in the tranquil setting, chalet's are placed in the lake so you can enjoy boating or the golf buggy will take you to the dining area,

A nice resort, but with a lack of good staff. The service is terrible. Many workers and they work really little. During the 7 days of our stay, every day we found hidden workers literally playing games on the phone. They are super hooked. Also, at breakfast I've been saying for several days that it's full of ants everywhere and they laugh, they clean it up a little and they move on. They tell you on the first day that if you leave an “eco” crab on the bed they give you 150 baht to spend at the resort. They save on changing the bed sheets every day. We did it for a few days and they only left us one. We consumed two Cokes one day at the pool and we did not have the discount with us and on the day of checkout, we wanted to pay the 120 that we owed with the discount and they did not allow us the discount because they say that it is only allowed when ordering at the bar. It's not logical. It is the second time we have come in two years and we understand why a beautiful resort like this is so empty. By the way, even if there are free villas, they put you all together in the same area, so you don't have to move around to clean the rooms. If we return to Krabi, we will definitely not return. It's a shame considering how beautiful it is.PS: They have to remove more personnel during the day and put security at night. All the lights stop and it becomes dark. Anyone from outside can come in and give you a good scare.

I just visited the cafe “Na mi cafe”, which the foods not bad but if you need to have patience on their service. They will take some time to prepare nice foods for you and make sure you could have time to enjoy their green scenery

I absolutely fell in love with this place—it's become one of my favorite spots in Thailand. If you cherish nature and tranquility, you can’t visit Krabi without experiencing this gem. The serene atmosphere was so captivating that we extended our stay.The breakfast was good, and the restaurant's stunning view, accompanied by the soothing sounds of birds and crickets, made our mornings very enjoyable. The natural stillness can be occasionally interrupted by noisy guests, but fortunately, there were only a few during our visit.Lunch at the Na Mi Chay restaurant was also a highlight. The delicious food paired with the spectacular views of the rice terraces made it worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel.The expansive pool area was perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying a good book. I also loved the laid-back demeanor of the staff, who struck a perfect balance between being attentive and unobtrusive.We also greatly appreciated the complimentary shuttle and boat service to Railay Beach; everything was punctual and seamless.I recommend adding a clothes hanger on the balcony or terrace for wet swimsuits, so guests don't need to place them on the chairs. Additionally, paving the access roads to the villas would help prevent them from becoming muddy during rainy weather.But overall, I'm grateful for this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, relaxing retreat.

However, several areas need significant improvement to match the five-star expectations.Firstly, upon arrival, the room was uncomfortably warm, with the air conditioning not turned on, leaving the temperature at 32 degrees Celsius. It took 2-3 hours for the room to cool down, which was far from ideal after a long journey.Secondly, the hotel provided only one key card for the room, and when it was removed to leave, the air conditioning would turn off, causing the room to heat up again. A request for a second key was denied by the reception, which was quite inconvenient.Additionally, the hotel had a policy to offer a 50 THB coupon if housekeeping missed servicing the room, but this was not honored. Instead, the staff cited the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, even though no effort was made to address the issue later.Moreover, the washrooms lacked hooks to hang clothes, adding to the inconvenience. The garbage was not cleaned despite multiple requests, and at checkout, an unexpected charge for the laundry bag was levied, which felt unreasonable for a five-star hotel.Furthermore, there were no warning signs around the lagoon, which had not one, but four large reptiles, possibly lizards or crocodiles, posing a serious safety concern. Overall, the staff’s attitude towards hospitality and customer service needs significant improvement to meet the standards expected of a luxury establishment.

If I were to visit Thailand again, I would definitely stay in this hotel. From the service to the facility itself, everything was perfect. Delicious and high-quality breakfasts. European and Thai. The object itself is heaven on earth. Extremely comfortable beds and a beautiful elephant made of towels. The pool is huge, clean and has various depths. The facility has a gym and a delicious restaurant with good prices, which I recommend visiting. I don't know why the hotel has so many negative reviews, in my opinion there is nothing to complain about. I recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa on the lagoon is just splendid, very clean and quiet. The staff are smiling and attentive.The change of scenery is total because the place is particularly unusual, right in the middle of the mangrove. Many activities are offered.The lunch restaurant is located right next to the hotel complex and offers very good food in an incredible setting, right in the middle of the rice fields.Very complete and delicious breakfast. Evening restaurant with a very varied menu for all tastes.The swimming pool is gigantic with jets and whirlpools, really nothing to complain about our stay which was perfect. Thanks to the whole team 🫶🏻

We had the pleasure of staying at Venice Krabi Villa Resort for two weeks in november last year, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The villas are beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The pool is just incredible. The breakfast buffet was great as well, offering a wide selection of options. Our stay at Venice Krabi Villa Resort was nothing short of magical and we are planning to come back in autumn again ! ♥
