Overall, it is quite new and clean. About 100m from the road. The bed is soft enough, not too hard. The pillows are soft. The bathroom is clean. The receptionist is cheerful and helpful. There is a laundry service.

It was the best place to stay for a week. It's already checked out. Still have to go back and check in again and stay for 3 nights. I emphasize that it's suitable for people who love and emphasize cleanliness the most. Grandma is very cute. Kindly recommend places to visit as well. The eyelash-curling sister at the reception was extremely attentive. Both housewives are diligent. Smiling and very cheerful. In conclusion, it was worth it and most comfortable on this trip to Ubon Ratchathani. Next time if I come to Phibun Mangsahan again. Definitely have to stay here again.

Stayed on the 23rd-25th, during check-in the staff asked if there had been no payment yet, even though the entire amount had already been paid. The entrance to the accommodation is bumpy. The room had hard pillows and mattresses. The water did not flow from 9 - 4 p.m. (The housekeeper later informed that the water had been turned off), not worth the price, not impressed.
