No payment lines, poor service, no water flowing, only 20 minutes in and no water flowing, asked to move out, deduct cleaning fee of 300 baht. It's not the resort's fault. Making a living with customers like this yourself sucks.

We were not told exactly what it contained and there was no menu. At this price in Thailand we generally have an American breakfast with the full package (egg, sausage, bacon etc). Here we only had: coffee, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, and two fried eggs. The equivalent of the breakfast we had would cost around 150THB maximum elsewhere.Cooking with extra virgin olive oil does not justify such a price. Or if it comes from there we should consider working with other products. And if the cook really wants to stick with products that cost an arm and a leg, to be consistent he would have to review the cleanliness of the dishes. For example, the plastic sugar bowl that you find as is in any 7 eleven was old and even filthy. Under the coffee cups there was dust. We cannot on the one hand try to sell us luxury and at the same time be lax about cleanliness. But I advise you to review the standard of the kitchen to bring it into line with that of the hotel. The bad marks you got on the breakfast question should encourage you to change something. The hotel being far from the restaurants in the city, I think you owe it to yourself to offer a breakfast of the same standard as the hotel. Before staying, tell good details (not everything). The female owner is very talkative. I can't do that. I can't do this. The seats by the pool were dusty and had to be wiped off by yourself. The pond below is full of dirt. Tell us you can use the garden area near the pool. We're partying. You will use water to cut off the water. You can't use it, but you will charge for water, electricity, etc., an additional 500 baht. Water used is less than 10 baht. The electricity is less than 20 baht. I don't recommend it once at this resort.

Overall good, I like it.

Booked through booking.com and looked at the beautiful reviews. When I went to check in, I was not satisfied at all. 450 baht per night, only got an empty room.
