This is might be my 5th or 6th visits here. I always booked the rooms here for my family trip and we always has a great time. This stay I might expected a lot from the property and the team as I believe I m the regular guest here.This stay what I m upset the most is the room upgrade as I request.I booked the room under mother day promotion which is the hotel offer the room upgrade to the next category. and İ booked Mekhong villa for myself for 2 nights.I has sent my request that please don t put my family in River Villa cuz we stayed in this villa for 2 times. I prefer the room upgrade to pool villa which is still available and the staff who contact me also told me that as per term and condition the room that I booked for my family will be ugdraded to either River Villa or Pool Villa. Upon arrival date I found out that my family room got upgrade to the River Villa. and maybe this is 3rd time lucky during the night we found the snake inside the room. The staff take quite long to come to the room and took the snake out. There is no follow up and my sister was so scared of snake and I felt bad to spend almost 8500THB a night and she has left with this feeling . I already report the property once but what they could do just say sorry for the snake and the room upgrade issue.Even though I already checked out. I still felt it s a bit sad. that all my good memories for this hotel has been ruin by this stay.I would say this is the most beautiful hotel in E-sarn with the highest room rate as well and İ don t wanna brag on the amount of money the I spend for my 5-6 visit. but I wish in term of guest experience the hotel should handle in a professional way.The breakfast is good.The food for dinner is great but the price is like 5 stars hotel.The room is beautifulThe spa decoration is superb but the therapist need to improve the skill.

It is a resort located on the river border with Laos in Ubon Ratchathani. The price is reasonable and it is large in a remote area. Many Chinese, Thai and Lao people come here. I was alone in Korea.

Tohsang Heritage Resort topped all expectations to enjoy first-time peaceful celebration and is only an hour drive from home. Fortunately before check-in, the rain was replaced by a pleasant spirit warming sunny blue sky and awakened in the morning to enjoy the spectactular sunrise over Laos hills through our scenic bedroom windows.The entire service staff is fantastic in every way to make your visit the most comfortable and safe. The healthy foods and bakery selections for breakfast, snack and dinner are very good. Good selection of beverage includes fresh fruit smoothies, cocktails and even "Sex-on-the-river".Thank you to the great Tohsang team., You made our celebration most memorable.We will return again 😊

Stayed in room 2222 with an extra bed, booked through Agoda for 4500, old room, shabby, scratched walls, dusty balcony, not worth the price, but the hotel location is good, the view is beautiful. Good service staff, delicious food

We stayed in room 1101, 1st floor, next to the swimming pool, clean room, clean air conditioner, very cool air conditioner, slept well, wanted to soak in the bed for a long time, didn't want to get up at all, nice bathroom, beautiful room decoration. The furniture is well decorated. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. We came at the beginning of May. See the view of the Mekong River You can see the view of the central island, very beautiful.The swimming pool is clean and fun to play in. The pool is considered to be reasonably large. There are also free rubber rings to play with.The employees speak well and are lovely and provide good service to everyone. There is an employee to help carry the luggage to the room.Came to use the service here and was very impressed. Impressed with the cleanliness, service and very good view. Will come back to visit again.

The rooms are standard but not very new. The view of the Mekong River is beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious. Especially Kuay Jap and Pak Mo, there are stations at the BTS station.

Good service from the entrance. The employees are smiling and friendly.Lots to talk about, good advice. When we arrived, we were able to upgrade our room as well.
