The price of the room and getting this size is very good value. New building, clean, has parking, building door/room door uses a code. No need to worry about the key at all. The room is very beautiful, Phil Condo, 2 floors. In the building there is a coin-operated washing machine, lots of CCTV, complete appliances, wifi, slippers, coffee, kettle, TV, 2-door refrigerator, drinking water, toiletries, towels, water heater. Hair dryer, sink with dishwashing equipment, microwave, plates, bowls, spoons, coffee mugs, water glasses, washing machine Laundry detergent/fabric softener, sofa and mattress smell clean. Not far from Central Ubon, in the alley there is 7-11, Lotus, near the night market. It's easy to find things to eat. I really like it. I sent pictures to show off to friends. No one would believe that at this price you can get a room this size. Have a chance to go to Ubon Definitely use the service again.

We had an excellent stay here once we figured out how to enter the buildings. The apartment we lived in was big and very clean. Nice balcony with brand new washing machine for self usage. The air conditioning unit worked good and the host wrote during our stay to make sure everything was satisfying. Nice they have a vending machine outside the complex with fair prices on beverages and snacks. Unfortunately the complex is not situated very close to the center of Ubon so rent a bike or Grab your way out of it it’s still amazingly cheap

Best place to stay. Nice rooms, clean, good service, parking available, vender machine with snacks and cold drinks, Netflix, nice big shower. I felt very good and recommend Tanya Apartment! The location is quiet and the walls are thick, you don’t hear the neighbors.Not sure if every room has a problem with mosquitos but my apartment was always full with them. There must be a leak somewhere.

The room is new but not soundproof. The housekeeper is stupid and has made noise many times. Never slept well in the morning. I don't know what's so serious!!!

Condominium of new apartments very well equipped and comfortablethe rooms are spacious, very comfortable bed, has a fridge, washing machine and cable TV with movies to choose from, the main entrance door and the door to the room have numerical security codes to access, prices the room 555 baht, every day there is a cleaning service, very clean room, change of sheets and towels daily, they also have the detail of leaving bottles of water and coffee and powdered milk, excellent.Ample parking for cars and motorcyclesIf I come back to Ubon Rathachani I would definitely repeat my stay here again

The room is very spacious. The picture is exactly as shown on the cover. The duplex room is very beautifully decorated. There are complete facilities, including a washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator, dishes and bowls, and lots of cabinets. The door doesn't need a key card, just a code because it's a digital door lock.

You will definitely never forget the key.Unfortunately, there are no monthlyService fee 550/dayI've already asked the owner about the monthly fee. Take 550*30 to get the monthly service fee. It is considered worth it and not expensive. Because the price includes water and electricity. The room really has everything that is used in daily life, including a microwave, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. You really can't find a better place than this in Ubon Ratchathani. Confirmed.

It is the best value room, priced at 500 baht. There is a washing machine and microwave in the room. Clean, soft bed, lots of air conditioning. There are 2 air conditioners in the room. We are salesmen who travel to work all over the country. We give this place number 1. (You must reserve several days in advance because the room is always full.)
