250 fan room. very clean. Safe. Center location. Close to 7 eleven, restaurants and Market.Hot and cold drinkable water available.The owner Po speaks excellent English and she is very sweet.I parked my bicycle outside the room but was offered to park it inside.Super Recommended

Overall it was good enough for 300b per night, friendly staff, clean room with Wifi, AC, fan, and hot shower, even an extension cord provided. The location is also convenient, where surrounded by many stores including a laundry shop, few restaurants and 7-11. We definitely had a good experience staying here.

Price at only 300 per night and was super delighted the room has everything we need - hot shower, strong wifi, basin, aircon, fan and even a working fridge ! In terms of eateries, this location is surrounded by many food stores and 7 eleven is just around the corner. What more to ask for. Very satisfied.

The caretaker is very kind. I got off the tour bus at 7:30 a.m., walked in and asked for accommodations, planning to leave my luggage. The caretaker opened the room for me to stay early. Answers questions and gives very good advice.The location is very convenient, near the market, surrounded by shops, restaurants, convenience stores.

Suitable for the room price of 300 baht. The room is rather shabby, small and narrow.The air conditioner is not as cool as with the temperature locked. The room door was not strong. And what's not okay at all is that the bed is extremely hard, like there's an iron pushing on the back all night. Woke up with pain all over my body. Sleeping on the floor is better. In conclusion, the price of 300 in this condition is not worth it at all. Better to go for 400-500..

I stayed here as an adult male that has to go to Laos alone as my wife is staying in Thailand. I mentioned that as my wife would be so angry at me if I picked this place to stay. But for me it worked perfect. 300 baht walk in rate, great a/c, nice hot water, and the wifi was good enough to watch Netflix. The location is right in town and close enough just to walk anywhere. The room is kind of tatty but I expect this at this price point. The only major knock I have on the place is that the noise travels right through the ceiling and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. I'd stay here again.

The day I found the water heater short I was so shocked that I thought my name would disappear..Good thing I had already paid respects to the Buddha at 3 temples before entering the accommodation. Fortunately, Safe t cut still did its job well.The room is suitable for the price.

The room is not very good. The bed faces the bathroom. The TV screen was broken and had white blue covering most of the screen. But it's good that the caretaker's aunt speaks well. Overall, the room is really not worth sleeping.
