I arrived at the property at 7pm but the place was closed (in fact it looked like a ghost town). I knocked numerous times but there was no response, I called on the telephone numbers on the door and sign post still nothing, retrieved the numbers from their website but I was still told the numbers are no longer in use/no longer in service. I sent them a message still there was no response until I sent a message to booking.com customer care who helped me call the manager and suddenly a lady came and opened for me. That was the longest Wait ever in my life.I got inside and the place looks deserted, there's no Wi-Fi as the advert states on booking.com and it looked like there were no other guest except me.The place is cheap but having to wait for someone to open for you yet I had made the booking on time and had paid in advance and having no Wi-Fi was a total turn off.Special thanks to booking.com customer care who responded on time. The person who helped was very professional and helpful.
